I was charged a 20 dollar after hours fee despite trying through the app and the website to do a self return. I even called Uhaul and the representative said it was documented that neither options were working for me and not to worry about it. I want my 20 dollars back asap.

Jose PAfter making a reservation weeks in advance I showed up to the place where I was to pick up the truck and no body was working that shop. Called U-haul customer service who sent me to another shop where they had the truck but not dollies or carts. Then they sent me to All Wet sports and boat storage where I was finally able to get a truck and the dollies I needed for my move. The delay cost me about two hours and had to pay my movers for down time. U-haul needs to get its act together with the online reservations. My overall U-Haul experience was not a good one but this particular location was.

Rosita JIn terms of customer service, the young man helping was amazing! He made everything smooth in terms of the rental process. The truck itself though seems to be on its last leg. On the way back to drop off the Uhaul, this stabilize message came on the dashboard and we were slowed to 15 mph. The truck was shaking. We didn't know if we would make it back at all. This took a much longer amount of time than it was supposed to. We had to put the hazard lights on because it was going so slow. Truck was clean but not well maintained.

Johnny OUHaul as a company can improve. This location was fine. I just dropped equipment off after hours. The customer service rep who put me on hold for 15 minutes (after I waited 20 minutes for a rep) and never came back is my problem. I was told I could drop trailer off at any location. My phone wouldn’t allow me to change drop off location, hence my phone call. I was forced to drive 30 miles away to drop this trailer off. What a disappointment.

corurteny jNot clear location for drop off. Not clear where key Drop box is. Uhaul drop off is dirt lot behind building next to abandoned vehicles, stray cats, and a homeless camp. NO view of the road or any other public feature.. NOT SAFE! Especially since this site offers after-hour drop off. UHaul needs to look into "Crime Prevention through Environmental Design" because this site is just begging for a lawsuit.

chaoyi lFortunately the guys at All Wet Sports helped us out! We had a reservation at the Uhaul on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. When we arrived, the ridiculously rude lady was out in the lot screaming at everyone. When we met her inside, she laughed and said she canceled our reservation and gave our truck to someone else because we did not arrive at 9am! I had made the reservation for Sunday, I did not realize that I had to be there at 9 am sharp. She was unprofessional and useless. She said she had nothing else and couldn't help us. When we left, we passed the All Wet store and they had uhauls outside. They were super helpful. I am not a fan of uhaul after this experience but would recommend All Wet Sports.
Dann MLocation accepted my international drivers license. At two other Uhaul locations i was turned down. Strange since at All Wet Sports they showed me the option for an international drivers license. What gives?

Sterling JWe had a rental in another location in Atlantic Ave that didn’t existed. Locality we were able to change the rental place.
Luisa BEntire lot was mostly flooded, and conditions were not safe. People working there were confrontational and rude. Was over charged, people working there couldn’t or wouldn’t explain why. $15 difference between amount of receipt and amt charged on ccard.

Lourdes PPathetic joke of an experience from start to finish. Truck wasnt ready for pick up as scheduled and arranged and confirmed online the day before, I had to sit for more than an hour to pick up truck, had to traipse through ankle deep mud to get to vehicle on pick up, vehicle dirty and difficult to drive, online customer service and telephone customer service had unacceptable wait times, on return mud and contaminated creek water was knee-deep instead of ankle deep. Would never rent from this location again.
Alison SI was given an 830 AM pick up reservation but the location didn't open until 10 AM. When it opened, the attendant was kind.

helga cReplace your parking lot. The pot holes could cause someone to get seriously hurt. You’d have a serious law suit on your hands. I could not see the pot holes for the water. Customer service was great & helped me out on getting a smaller truck. Outside of the pot holes I’d rate them 5 stars.
Judy NMy truck location was changed the day of pick up The new place I went to pick up the truck could not find the truck at first, too them a long time I felt like I was being rushed The front of the truck was a little dirty not a big deal But the back of the truck was so dirty I had to clean it out myself before I could put any of my belongings in there, not a good experience at all Very Unsatisfied, Unhappy and upset

Lafreda WNot a wide selection but they had what we needed. We did want some furniture pads but they did not have any. The owner was very nice and apologized for the shortage.

Dinesh KPick up was an absolute nightmare. It took me an hour to get the rental. I watched the computer advance to a screen three times where the associate was unable to advance and finish my reservation. I completed online check in and paid, but it did not show up in their system. He cancelled my reservation, tried two more times and then called the owner who did it over the phone. Despite the associate telling the owner that I did not want SafeMove, it was included. The associate refunded the amount to me before I left. The associate was not at fault here from what I could see, but the time it took was wholly unacceptable.
Lori MUnrelated to this location. If you make a u- haul rental reservation with your preferred store but your pi k location is changed to another. It would be nice if uhaul sent a notification to update the rentor of this prior to the pickup date

Wilbert PMy truck was full of roaches, my fault for not bringing this to the attention of the management, I was on a tight time line and could not go back in to let them know and was too exhausted to remember when I turned the truck in, just an FYI for the future, otherwise it was a smooth quick professional transaction.
GIOVANNA BMore lighting where the drop off location is. It's pretty scketchy having to do all of the turn in with no lights. Doesn't feel or look safe at all. I will say the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very professional and understanding of the situation that I had been through with my rentals.
James LWe filled the gas tank to the level needed, charged $31.80 extra because they had to process it! We have gas receipts, charged for late fee $20 we had truck back by 8pm of which ok, but charged late fee, cleaning $25, the truck was clean, nothing was left in that truck? The man said he didnt know me n had nothing against me they had to process all those up charges! I do not wan to do business nor know that man. I would not do that kind of business to know person.
