i was also charged $34.00 for gas and i have pictures of the gas guage to prove i dropped it off with more gas than i picked it up with that to me is just a plain fraudulent charge. i have photos to prove it. i would like a responce from your office to fix this extra charge that i was wrongfullychargedMichael B.

I had to drive 1 hour to pick up the truck. I ordered the truck 3 weeks in advance and still the size truck i wanted was not in my home town location. I feel you should transfer the truck to the preferred location so the customer does not have the stress of picking up the truck out of town.Randall F.

Trying to get the needed truck was hard enough, even with reservations well in advance. The stress of moving was compounded by a challenging way to pick up the truck from an unattended site and difficulty managing my reservation from my computer because the pickup site is fairly remote. The best news was how patient and customer service oriented the staff was when I called for help.Christina M.

Was cheated on fuel charge.. drove truck 11 miles and was charged for 2 gallons of fuel.. I put half a gallon in myself to cover the fuel used.. those truck should get better than 5 miles a gallon.. terribleJEREMY C.

I've had a great experience with using this place the two time I needed to rent u haul equipment. The first time I used them was just to drop off a trailer we had rented in a different state, the second time was when I had a reserved trailer from another local u hual outlet and they let someone else take my trailer as I'm setting their. Thank God All Weather Storage had the unit the other place rent out and they gave me a discount because I had driven 20 miles out of my way.TIMOTHY C.

Returned trailer same day and they charged me 2 extra days on top of the 3 given although the lady who called me from Aces assured me they would mark it was returned on Saturday at 6:30. I called the 800 # and the guy I spoke to after waiting 1/2 hour on the phone Saturday evening said he had it notated that I'd returned it, as the scan QR code wasn't working on the 24/7 app.Pamela R.
There is never anyone there to help you. All done on phone. Charged me for gas that I left the same as I picked up. I took pictures. Have returned there four different times and have yet to see a real person. Horrible!Bradley W.
I returned my trailer during business hours however nobody was on site. I called the number and got a hold of a gentleman who told me he was running errands and would not be back for 30 minutes. I told him I was requesting his help removing the trailer from my vehicle and I wasn't comfortable backing it up and I would prefer he assist me. He said it was OK for me to just â€œdrop it anywhereâ€œ. It was extremely difficult to remove but I managed to do it and left it in the very large parking lot in front of his business. I had a friend with me and she was almost injured when we were attempting to remove the trailer from my hitch. The trailer began immediately rolling and we had to run to put some chocks under the wheels. Please note neither of us are extremely experienced with trailers which is why we wanted to drop it off during business hours so that we had Assistance. He called me about 30 minutes later and was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He immediately began yelling at me for not parking the trailer on a dirt road which had no signage indicating that was a drop off location. He continued to berate me and condescend to me and basically just chastise me for doing exactly what he told me to do which was leave the trailer anywhere. I will never use U-Haul again for this reason. I will contact budget or some other company. I just moved to this area and this was the first business I had any dealings with and it was an extremely stressful experience to deal with a business that acted so unprofessionally. I also plan on contacting U-Haul corporate in addition to this review. Someone needs to know that the man running this location could have caused an injury and how unprofessional he was.Carole R.
Not a person to be found anywhere. Sign to return online. Which didn't work until I used someone else's phone. People service at uhaul has really degraded. But maybe no one wants to work and can't find bodies. But it works as long as you never need assistance.Steven R.

I left my drivers license on the counter and after I left they did not call me to let me know, would have been much easier to come right back because I was driving 47 miles to pick this truck up. That is the other problem I had with uhaul. I had to drive 47 miles to pick the truck up and when I dropped off the truck they made me take to a location where they needed it, not what was convenient for me. Also I needed two furniture dollies and I had to go to another location to pick those up and would not even had them had I not called the pick up location and asked if they had them, because the reservation person told me they would. They were critical for my move. I will be check other companies when I move again.KELLY S.
