NO EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS!?!? I am glad I brought antiseptic wipes and hand sanitizer, as I had to wipe the entire vehicle down before use. If employees are not conscientious enough to wear masks, I had no confidence they wiped down the vehicle before renting. Gas gauge on vehicle was off by 1/4 tank. Hard-copy print-out depicting gauge position was also inaccurate. Combination of the two caused me to "donate" $8 more fuel than I used. Not a large amount of money, more the principle. Small amount of debris in cargo compartment.jeff H.

The guys at the counter were really cool, professional and honest, however, I ordered a 15' truck for a time critical move and they gave me a 10' truck. I was only able to complete maybe 2/3s of my move in the time I was given. I also ordered a furniture dolly and they gave me an appliance dolly (not that big of a deal). Not having the ramp that the 15' truck would have came with, made this move incredibly difficult... I recieved the truck at almost a quarter tank of gas and was told to return it to where it was at. I filled the tank with gas past the point I recieved it at and was still charge a ridiculous sum. Spent close to $100 for an incomplete move. We will have to rent another small truck now. I believe the major issue was that the place we booked our Uhaul at (through U-Hauls website), only carried certain vehicles and equipment. U-Hauls website should not allow you to book vehicles/equipment with a place that does not have the inventory. Extremely disappointed.Alex C.

THE APP STILL DID NOT WORK FOR DROP OFF EITHER. Went through all the steps and then kept saying â€œError could not process request.â€ Was forced to go inside and talk to someone yet again. The man working helped me a lot and he ended up just checking the truck back in for us on his phone so we could leave.Jeffrey P.

Online check-in was terrible. The app kept saying there were errors processing my request. Had to call customer support because the drop off location was closed. Then I was charged $25 for not completing the check-in on line, even though it was impossible to do.Tom G.
Didn't have the dolly or the moving blankets that were a HUGE loss in time! No one informed me so I could change pickup location. Missing wardrobe boxes, also. When returning, we were unable to return online. Not a great experience, and due to no blankets and dolly, I will pay to have the rest moved by a moving company.Carrie S.
