Carreatha ThomasWorker lied and said I brought the truck back with less gas than it needed. I put 35 miles on the truck and put 4 gallons of gas in it before returning it. So, either their tricks get about 4 miles per gallon, or the rental location is just out to scam customers out of money.

Vern NyeI was charged for oil and tire repair on vehicle when it had no such damage. I only drove the vehicle 13 miles for my needs. Uhaul also added on safemove mid trip. So not only did I get charged extra for the safemove, I then get charged for damage to the vehicle!? Which makes no sense considering they added on safemove.

Maricia HumphreyI did the online checkin using my account, and was fully paid. Upon arrival, the vendor asked me to come in and then walked through the whole process on his computer, which took a very long time. Then, he made a mistake, which forced an additional charge of $41.54, which he was unable to correct. since, I had Moving Helpers from Uhaul waiting, I had no choice but to give him my card again upon his promise to process a refund the following Monday. It has now been 3 weeks since my rental and now refund has been received. I have spoken to the location and the field manager 3 times since. So, this location cost me money in two ways, one, in the extra time (over an hour) it took to pick up the Uhaul (keeping my moving help waiting on the clock) and two in the extra card that occurred because the vendor manually processed my rental after I already checked in and paid on line.

Fred SauerbrunThe person that was present at time of pick up was nice, the truck had a foul smell of dog and was filled with dog hair (I’m allergic) horrible. I opted out of coverage and he still added coverage, not acceptable. Overall experience makes me sick. Plus a dog is tied up at the front entrance door, so you can’t enter.

Roger LongoOnly complaint is there are not enough carts for more than two people. One customer had two, but Rachel handled it professionally.
Theresa McCoyI was told I had 24 hours when I picked up the vehicle. I was called and told that it was due earlier by the drop off location. Luckily I was already almost there. But this should be clear as to when the drop off time needs to be.
