The lady at the desk was extremely sweet and professional. I was greeted at the door by name. The truck I reserved was pulled out and ready for me. The truck was clean and the tank was full This was the best U-haul experience I ever had. When it came to drop off it was very easy to put the key in the box. She also came out to wave good bye. Great customer service Will definitely be back when needed.

The manager of this location, Carolyn Miller, was the ultimate in professionalism and she was so very solution conscious to find me a 12-hr block of time to use one of your 10' trucks. Every truck and trailer in the entire Las Vegas area was rented but Carolyn came through for me when I needed it most and I am so appreciative of her hard and creative work. Everything about the physical location was excellent. Carolyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem that I experienced and it was a major one is your U-Haul app. It doesn't work properly. It was asking for my location and then wouldn't work even though I followed all of the procedures properly and turned on Location Services on my phone. Please fix your app. It is awful. The 5 stars that I am giving you is purely for the location and Carolyn. Your terrible app is a 1 star.

I rented my truck, was set to pick up at a specific location that was convenient for my move and the night before was contacted that the truck wasn't going to be there. Funny thing is I called the all-storage an hour before and they told me I am all set the truck will 100% be ready. Arrived at the new location this morning 6:45am for a 7am pick up on the app which took 15 min to verify it was me and they needed to call a reference and wake them up which I wasn't aware about prior, lucky I found someone awake and home that could answer their phone. The app then charged me for the insurance which I did not request and couldn't bypass. Get to my house to find out the dolly I requested and paid for wasn't in the truck..you had 1 job to do to satisfy me, add the dolly. Returning the truck there was a gentleman working that couldn't have been any nicer, he saved the experience and did everything he could to apologize and make things right, this is someone who understands frustration and customer service...hope this helps!

I was charged for fuel after returning the vehicle even though I purchased more fuel than I used. The rental location refused to help with that issue even though they're the ones who reported the fuel measurement. Fortunately, the Uhaul rep. was able to fix the issue. I would recommend this location but not if you have to return after hours since you have no say in what they report to Uhaul.
