Sadonia HPoor hours. Your app would not function properly stating no internet when I did have internet. Windows haven't been washed in months. Floor of cab was not swept clean.

EBONI SThe guy was nice but the inside smelled like body odor.
LOGAN JThe back and front of this truck was dirty. It smelled awful in the inside like it hadn’t been sanitized in a while. The truck was very very loud when you push slightly on the gas. The man at the front desk was very helpful and actually helped me when he didn’t have to, so I will give him 5 stars.
KELLI PThe check in procedure if I had known that I needed pics before I lparked. I had to take several Pics before it accepted . Stacy was great in reservations process. Courteous and helpful in expedited time.

ROBERT SThe location close at 4 pm while it is much later on the website. The guy didn’t even move from his desk to give me the keys or anything. The vehicle was in a very bad shape even the side mirror was broken. When I complained to the store associate. He stated that he knows of it and had no intentions of switching the vehicle. I think he gave me the worst vehicle in his shop.

Tylise FFix the glitches on the website. I tried to access my reservation through 24/7 share and it kept telling me I had no reservation, also I told a uhaul employee while making the reservation, that I would be driving the truck and using my debit card so I wanted it under my name and yet somehow they put it under my husbands name when he wasn’t the one who made the reservation. My pickup time was decided for me, and my pickup location was changed without my approval. Overall my experience using uhaul this time around was very unpleasant.
