Kathleen LI recently rented a truck from U-Haul and I’m pleased to report that the entire process was incredibly smooth. From the moment I walked into the rental office, the staff were welcoming and helpful. They efficiently handled all the paperwork and explained the rental terms clearly, making sure I understood everything before handing over the keys. The truck itself was in excellent condition. It was clean inside and out, and it was obvious that U-Haul takes great care of their vehicles. I had no issues with the truck during my rental period, and it made moving much easier. Overall, I had a great experience with U-Haul. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff combined with the high quality of the rental truck made my moving process stress-free. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone in need of a reliable and clean rental truck.

MICHAEL KTruck was fine, getting the truck through thr app was awful. The app on android sucks. I was unable to upload any pictures to pick up truck. I used 2 separate phones to try and upload but it didnt work. Also box 2 from this location was super sticky and wouldnt let me open even after putting in correct code. Dropping off was a hassle too since i was unable to use app to upload photos. The truck was fine, but the experience was terrible.

Melanie KI would like more explanation on the rental. Explain the process: 1. You will be asked to review the vehicle before leaving the business. Inspect for condition: scratches,dents, etc. 2. If you have an accident, do this.. 3. Check fuel level and record
ROGER Mthe staff was polite. the truck was pretty clean, but old. there were problems with turning the key in the ignition - an obvious malfunction, apparently the owner does not want to spend money on repairs.

Carl AI was told when I picked up the truck that its fuel was full and return the same. The tank was not totally full. Drove the truck 40 miles and went to refill it. It cost me $ 40.00 to fill. I told the clerk what it cost and wasn’t full. She said oh well, should gave fsken a photo. Seems like a a ripoff to me.
