I try to complete the pickup documents via my computer but I could not download my drivers license. The web stated the pickup location was open on Saturday but when I arrive at 2:35pm. The office was closed. I call three phone number for uhaul until a young lady was extremely helpful. Even with her help, your software could not upload the back of my license. I took about an hour to obtain a truck. I received a voice message at 2pm that they had no trucks available. My overall experience was poor except for the young lady that help me secure the truck

The trailers were parked in a tall grassy area, not easy to access. A jack should be provided for all users or the trailer itself having one attached. In my opinion, If a person was not familiar with using trailers, it would be difficult to use this service.
