david dPricing have risen over the past decade beyond any reasonable amount. I have used U-Haul trailers for the past 14 years. In 2024 alone, the price has risen 33% in ONE YEAR.

Nelson MI was charged for a cleaning fee for the truck and I returned it cleaner than what I received the truck, I made a reservation online for a truck and then was sent over 12 miles away to a different town to pick up a different truck then the one I had reserved originally. Many of the people I had to deal with were rude during the process especially at the drop off location.

DEBORAH MMy contract was so damn screwed up and the place I reserved in cocoa refused the truck because she was full so had to go down farther to another location. By the time I got there I was beyond pissed. But the lady behind the counter and the gentlemen who checked us out were extremely nice and helpful

Larry FTruck has a bad vibration between 45 & 65 and passenger door does not close correctly. When we returned the truck we were told it was in for service before for the same complaints and always returned the same with no repairs stating "could not find the problem". Vibration is bad and could be dangerous if something fails driving at speed. Please fix or retire truck.

Patrick CChecked tires after receiving trailer and found that they were at 20 psi. They should have been 60 psi, I even called ahead and asked them to be checked before I arrived. Also, right front ratcheting tire strap was too short to cinch down tire, I had to fashion one with my own strap. All in all, I feel like my vehicle was put at risk with the low tire pressure and the malfunctioning strap. I spoke to an employee about issues and was told they are just a rental location, they don't do the maintenance, someone comes and services all the equipment. Also, I was told the rental was for 24 hours; I picked up on 12/6/23 at 3:56 p.m. and returned 12/7/23 at 1230 p.m. but, I was charged on my credit card for two days. Won't be renting from them again.

WILLIAM HThe neighborhood locations need to be stocked better with hand carts, furniture movers, and blankets. I had to go to a main location to get the items I needed, which also used the trucks gas and put miles on it as well.

Raj GThis location was quite clean and tidy, but one of the least inviting locations I've encountered. It's a huge property, and truck/trailer rentals are obviously an afterthought here. The desk agent seemed mildly confused as to why I would be returning a trailer there, and then was more perplexed by the fact that I didn't know where to drop it.

Michael SNever have I encountered a more rude owner who yelled at me that I had an attitude because I made the comment that I had never had to go and pick up truck and walk around to check everything without a u haul representative before ever. He even shot me a bird, as he was walking back into their office!! So, no I have never encountered this ever before nor will I endure this ever again!!

John PRented a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer and tongue weight is very heavy. Need to have a jack on the tongue to hook up trailer. Being older I might not of been able to hook up.
