The lady at the office was extremely pushy in trying to sell the insurance and tried several times to use her scare tactics to get me to purchase extra insurance that I didn't need. I was extremely uncomfortable and will never rent here again.
Keep doing what you're doing.
Truck died twice while driving.
Nothing to improve. All good!
Everything closes at 5pm on Saturday. I dropped it off at an authorized company if there was a U-Haul sign of some kind I would have been happier.
Every thing was perfect
I don't know what I can really say to help improve this UHaul location. I had a horrible experience with the owner who was very unreasonable and unprofessional during my rental period!!! It was completely a misunderstanding her part and lack of communication on mine that I apologized to her for. I certainly would not recommend this location and it's a shame because during this pandemic time business owners should be more understanding towards their customers!!!
Nothing keep doing the same thing
When I reserve a truck a week in advance, then get a call 20 min before my scheduled pick up time that I am having to go to a different location 15 miles away. I would advise considering not charging for those additional miles. Note: this seems to be a corporate issue not a specific location.
I was charged two rental periods when I rented under 24 hours. Now I know when you guys ask how long to just lie and put the most time so I'm not charged if I go a few hours over. Sad that I get charged time after time.
She was great and accommodating.

I was extremely frustrated that I had to wait over an hour for the mobile pick up experience.
The whole process of checking in virtually was ridiculous! The Uhaul app and website werent working/user-friendly. Literally no one was at the site itself, so I had to call into Uhaul customer service several times to even figure out what to do from the very beginning, and also get trouble-shooting. It was a frustrating hassle, and we lost nearly an HOUR of our time reservation just trying to pick up the truck! Then once we finally had access to the truck we open it to find NO dolly, even though that was definitely apart of our reservation. So we STRUGGLED through our move, moving several large appliances, without a dolly!! And I was still charged for that dolly! I will be calling today to get a refund, and I will also go with another moving truck company the next time I have a move. Think I'm done with Uhaul for awhile. The truck itself was clean. I will say that. There were no USB outlets for charging your phones, which is weird because its 2020!

The management of this location is not honest. They were not willing to inspect the truck with me when I dropped it off assuring me all should be good. Then to my surprise they went in charging me extra for not returning the truck with same level of fuel. Luckily I took pictures m of the truck when I dropped it including the gas level and I kept my gas receipts. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional of them to handle these transactions in such manner. I will never be back to this location nor I recommend it for any.
Be more accurate on how much fuel is really in the truck before you leave.

Small parking for returned equipment. Not specific as to where they wanted items.
It was probably not the fault of the location. We arrived at pick up time of 9am on Saturday. Did the online check in and waited an hour for "approval" and the code for the key box. I got in the phone for uhaul 24/7 and was placed on hold for over 30 min. At 10am we finally received approval and a code for the key box, still on hold for customer service, never speaking to a 24/7 rep. We only rented the truck for 8hrs and lost the first hour to Uhaul. I did speak to 3 people on a different phone while on hold, all of which had to send me to 24/7 (who I was already on hold for). I feel as though no one arrived to the 24/7 customer service until 10am.
Clean truck, nice staff, great experience, highly recommended.

The location was fine, your app and the process of getting my truck was TERRIBLE!!! The app failed and I sat on hold for 15 min. I was on a very tight schedule and finally reached someone that could give me a code to get the key. THEN it was the wrong key!!! Terrible experience.

Adjust front headlights there off and its a little difficult to see at nite
Real time in-app check out process is not good. My reservation timed out because I was late picking up but there was nothing sent out telling me that. Once I got there the validation code didn't work because it was expired and I had to call the support line to get it revalidated. Not enough communication about how self-checkout worked or what would be involved. Bad communication.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a U-haul rep.

The lady that rented my husband and I the U-Haul was very rude... she basically acted like I was lying when I told her I didn't have my phone cause my daughter had it at home and the only phone we had with us was my husbands phone.. she had a poor attitude..the entire office is disgusting and dirty, it also stinks... she acted like I wasn't going to return the truck by 9am the next morning... I would not recommend this office to anyone.. absolutely worse customer service experience... the lady that works in the office does not have good customer service skills at all... she's very judgmental

I was told I could drop it at any U-Haul around Dallas Texas I dropped it in Wylie Texas and they argued with me on the phone that I needed to take it to Plano Texas which isn't what I was told there was nobody where I dropped it off so I snap photos and called U-Haul and told him where the transport was
Make sure the truck is clean. It smelled like cigarettes and it even had ashes on the steering column. Plus grime and dirt on the floor.
This location was great. U-Hauls overall customer service could be better. Maybe more employees
It was closed on Sundays.

Dropping off the trailer here was quick and easy. I believe it was Joan that helped me. She was especially friendly and helpful.
