Prominently include that the trailers are a 4 wire vehicle side connection. I had to remove the trailer from my hitch, go to a auto parts store and buy an adapter for the vehicles 7 round. For those of us who reserve online, there should be a checkbox which asks if we have a vehicle side 4 flat connection available, and the option to replace the 4 wire pigtail on the trailer or offer us an adapter to our factory installed 7 round vehicle side.Steven Y.

Well i was not informed of the. $50 dollar charge for safe tow. Nor the 25$ safe tow fee was i told about. So that chalked up my price of the rental 70$ that i was not expecting. They told me one price and i was charged another. So u could at least off the top tell everyone about the fine print you failed to tell me. So instead of my bill being 225$ like i thought it was 100$ more than that. And then the guy i rented it from forgot to give me my ID back so i had no drivers license on me while i drove back to Kansas city. And they are suppose to mail them toe and hopefully they do. I will think twice before i rent a trailer or a truck againTINA P.
