Hugh GNo one there when dropped off. To make matters worse they charged me for dropping off late even though it was not! It’s been over a week and I’ve still not heard from anyone there. I’ve left messages also. I’m not happy.

Kevin SThe truck had not been washed in months. Had blood on the outside of it. The inside was not much better, could use a good cleaning as the dash had not been cleaned since the truck was new. The power steering leaked, we had to add fluid SEVERAL times. Exhaust leaked as well, sounded like it was about to blow any second but had to deal with it as the pickup location “lost” the keys to our initial reserved truck. I checked in online with contactless pickup, thinking it would be faster however I had to wait while the staff looked for the keys. Then when they could not be found, I had to wait for the reservation to be changed. Almost an hour of waiting and walking a football field to the office from the truck and back. Additionally the driver window rattled the entire journey and the inside of the box was filthy. Would not recommend this location or staff. Also, the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel in it and I was charged an additional amount for lack of. If I could leave negative stars on this review, I truly would as I have rented several times in the past and this one will I’ll never forget. Very very disappointed. Btw I have videos and pictures of the vehicle if you would care to see.

BARBARA HI have rented from Uhaul multiple times. I used the same vehicle, order the same trailer, to pull the same car. This time it shows as not being compatible. On the other hand they wanted to charge me three times as much. I have picked up and dropped at a different location on two prior occasions but this one was triple the price. I was not happy that i had to bring it back to the original location.
Lamarcus AThis man went above and beyond normal customer service. He met with me outside of his operating hours to accommodate my work schedule. I highly recommend using this location for any of your moving needs!
