Not the specific location, but U-Haul itself: when I was turning in the truck, I tried to use your automated system, but I was unable to complete the transaction, had to call a representative. The phone call went fine, it would be nice to get your automated system working a little better. Also, you seem to have no mechanism for reporting issues with equipment. While it's minor, the interior lights of the truck I had several times stayed on even when the door was closed. It seems to just be a sticking switch, but as I was driving 500 miles at night had it done then it would've been very irritating.RANDALL G C.
My confirmation email said we were picking up at the Silverado road location. I never got a confirmation call the night before. The girl working the counter at that location was super rude and unhelpful. We had to take another Lyft to get to the rock Blvd location. The person working at rock Blvd was competent and friendly. This is a very expensive service and I expect good customer service.Paul L.

I would not rent here again. I checked in online and got there before it opened. It took me an hour to finally get checked out and on my way. There was only one person there. About 1/2 later more people showed up and things went quickly. They did not have the equipment I reserved online and I had to drive to another location. The other location was efficient, nice and quick. The manager even waved at me. When I returned the vehicle that I had for only 3 hours and drove 8 miles, I was going to get dinged for the gallon of gas I used. I reminded the guy that I used the gas to go to another location to get equipment he said he had and didn't. He said it was a corporate thing. The people were nice. The location is unorganized and run by fools. In the future I will go to the location with the smiling waving manager. They obviously want my business.Anne C.

Trailer was reserved. No trailer was available. A supposed email confirming reservation the night before did not come, but that's way too late anyway...I had just driven 700 miles. Confirmation must come much sooner than the night before pickup. Should not be able to reserve equipment that is not available.Roger N.
Extremely predatory practices. It would be nice to know that you need a hitch & adapter for the trailer before finalizing any trailer rental. Instead of being surprised to learn you need a hitch then offered an expensive hitch after you where forced to wait over an hour for someone to even walk over to give you the trailer you paid to rent. Then when you come back with the hitch (2 inch hitch that I already had at home ) the guy tells us we need an adapter for the trailer. The agent could have mentioned that extremely important piece of information before I left for the hitch & I could have picked up a reasonable adapter instead of the price gouging adapter that I was forced to purchase because the agent attached the trailer then asked about my adapter that I was never informed or questioned about my electrical wiring for trailer lights ( which I have wiring for pulling trailers). I lost a half day of moving just because of the lack of information given to renters. Like I said, extremely predatory. People were nice just refused to give you proper information just for the sole purpose of selling you an add on.Jeremy F.

Had 8am reservation from another location (Oddie), but was transferred to this one, which doesn't open until 9am, so I ended up paying movers to sit around doing nothing. Also, the truck was on empty (no gas), which they associate said was due to vandals syphoning the gas. Having to immediately stop for gas was another hassle.Gregory P.

The gentleman working that morning was curt , the truck had the wrong trailer connected, not what I ordered. The windshield was dirty and someone else's paperwork was found under the seat.John P.
Wasn't the location I was supposed to pick up at. Had to make arrangements myself when truck wasn't at proper location. Three hours wasted right there. Staff did nothing. Here's a number, call it and figure it out yourself sucker. BBB complaint has been filed. Your company is a joke. I have another rental trailer I reserved and it too won't be available either. What's the point of making a reservation if you NEVER fulfill it.John P.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Very good. The truck itself was dirty. Front windshield was splatted & dirty. The fuel was only slightly below half tank & I pointed this out to the staff. We both took a picture to confirm the fuel level & I returned the truck with nearly the exact amount. That is, slightly below half tank. I informed staff & he was okay with it. Overall, the staff were very good. Truck was in good condition but dirty & fuel was less than half full. GaryGary B.

No problem with this location. They were most helpful. . PROBLEM WAS WITH A RESERVATION THAT WASN'T KEPT, AND THEN NOT LETTING ME KNOW THAT IT WOULDNT BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 WEEKS JUST THE DAY BEFOR SCHEDULED PICKUP. I'M VERY DISAPOINTED WITH YOUR RESERVATION SYSTEM. IT COST ME TIME AND MONEY AND CAUSRED MUCH AGROVATION. YOUR PEOPLE ARE GREAT BUT YOUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM SUCKS.Steven K.

The issue is not with the location but the management of the company on the upper level. I was given the run a round and the pickup location changed 4 times. The trailer changed 3 times. They had me going pick up the trailer 68 miles away in the middle of a fire! U-haul suck on several levels!Edmond L.

We had an overall terrible experience with Uhaul.. from customer service on the phone to ineffective and unqualified staff not knowing what is going on.. The wrong card was charged and set a domino effect of inconvenience. I am inclined to ask for a partial refund my experience was so upsettingElias C.
