Matt SThis location was not my choice. I have a hard time believing this was the closest to the location of where I was at. This was and 1 1/4 hrs away from La Conner, WA. Complete waste of time. There had to be a closer facility.

Susan LThe 24/7 use your phone access gave us so many problems. It took a half hour just to pick up. We watched the video to return and couldn't take photos that the app would accept and when we clicked that we couldn't get the photos. It's finished it out. Even though we didn't have a chance to say the dolly was in the truck, everything was done or take pictures of the outside. But I called the next day and the location was very helpful. They had everything logged in. They had everything checked and made sure I got a receipt.

Benjamin PEven with all the user information and reservation upfront it takes forever to rent a trailer…..every time I try the u-dealer has to get on the phone and be walked through the process…..I would say on average it takes 30 minutes or so to get a vehicle or trailer and this is when u-haul had ALL the information in advance. Get a software system that actually works…..

Tracey KThe "U-haul" system has something to be desired for efficiency, ease of use (for client and staff), and user friendliness. This has been a frustrating experience at best. I was notified days before my reservation for rental that this site was going to be closed due to lack of staff. I had to promptly rearrange all my day, travel plans and hired help to accommodate them. All I could do to endure was power through so I could get the job (moving to new home) done. I would not recommend service/rentals to others.
CYNTHIA WHowever, the U-Haul company self-check-in and check-out system is very badly explained & hard to use. Nothing explains that it is necessary to have a series of codes and a cell phone in hand at all times to take photos & answer questions.
Merritt CI was charged double for my rental. I had to call uhaul and file a claim to be refunded. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR INVOICE! To ensure there are no additional charges
Ryan JHorrible help line- I waited 1 1/2 hours on hold between 3 people not able to help solve the issue- my contact person was also waiting. We loved the truck but the online help and am all center was horrible
Elizabeth LChantel (sp?) was friendly and capable. The truck was clean, easy to drive, and all in good working order. The mirrors really created great sightlines for lane changes, backing up, parking, etc. The truck handled well and was perfect for the moving job at hand. Thank you.
MEIGHAN PPicking up the vehicle and going through the registration and and a contact had to be called and that wasn't working well and I was pretty much fed up at that point point. Other than that part the rental was fine
Christopher THad trouble reaching anyone. Called asking for a call back, instead some one I needed a referral back from was given my phone # to call me themselves. The office person was never notified I'd called. "My phone #" should not have been given to anyone. The joke was the subcontractor was given a number hat wasn't even close to my number . Subcontractor called the number all day and kept getting a busy signal. When we were picking up g up the truck no one had told either of us that we couldn't use a bebit/credit card....or cash.. or a check! When we returned the truck the location office had closed 3 hours early. We didn't want to leave the truck without someone verifying no damage, mileage & gas, and a receipt with the charges that were to be made on a "BORROWED" credit cart. Beyond unprofessional and legal. I think poor procedures and personnel decision making is putting it mildly.
