I had a bad experience the last time I used U-haul. I let them know and they reached out and turned it around for me. I used the voucher (which initially didn't work) and called into use it. They charged me the full amount, but then updated my receipt and took the $50.00 off. I am waiting for it to be processed on my credit card, but I'm sure it takes a couple days. This was my first time at this location. I think the people who work there are efficient, know their job and are smart. I'll rent from this location again.

Your new app is awful and entirely frustrating. Moreover, when the weather is poor (raining) and you are asking for photo's the entire process goes to hell in about 5 seconds.

I had to rent a small truck to move some personal effects and since my storage unit is at XYZ laird dr, it made sense to rent a Haul from that location. I must honestly say it was a perfect experience all the way throuh. As usual the XYZ team was awesome.Shenene and Copeland were most helpful and they truly personify the very best in "Customer Service".Congrats, JR Toronto

Truck smelled like smoke. Not very nice when you're loading furniture with fabrics. You should have a no smoking policy when using your trucks. Truck was otherwise clean and staff was very pleasant.

Good service and a fair price. Some customers will struggle with the online pick up experience. But my experience was good.

Very professional. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely would not recommend. The location did not have the furniture dolly that was included in my order, and was required for my use of the rental van. In addition, I filled up the Van with 7 L of fuel at the Husky Gas station across the road from the rental location. I drove only 25 KM. Even though I did this, the location lied about the fuel gauge and charged an additional $26 in gas charges. Although I made it clear that I had filled up with gas prior to returning the vehicle and had proof, they did not attempt to resolve the issue and simply charged my credit card. I will be disputing the transaction as a fraudulent charge and reporting this company's business practices to the Better Business Bureau.

The U-Haul system wasn't working well. So the pickup process was sluggish. However, U-Haul finally did something very smart. The rearview camera. Awesome.

Lady in black-hair was so rude and mean-spirited. She shamed for being late and shamed if I didn't return the truck on time. What the hell!? I'm the customer; I'm paying for the service. 1. Make a policy for late shows-up. Charge a penalty or something, but be very explicit when booking. 2. U-haul should not rely on customers returning equipment on time. Same Equipment should not be cooked back-to-back with no lags. Uhaul should have a plan-B to get additional equipment on peak seasons/days/times. 3. They also take forever to check-in, Uhaul should learn from Avis, Hertz or National car rentals.

Reservation was wrong and not ready. Had to get a cab to another location. 2/4 phone reps from corporate office I spoke to were rude and tried to blame me. They told me I was wrong and read the confirmation email wrong but refused to see my confirmation email. Ended up receiving the 50$ reservation credit but will NEVER use uhaul again.

When I arrived there, they told me that my reservation was at another location far. Alex did his best to contact the other location and explain the situation, and didn’t charge penalty for not showing up, and he arranged for me to take the truck from his location, he was fast, very professional and helpful.. technically saved the day.. thank you Alex
