Jackie ( forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong) was an such a pleasant & sweet agent to work with. She went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my move. You don't find too many people like her. Thank you again! 10/10!

PHILIP DThe communication was poor and the lock box was difficult to maneuver. Travis was the best part about dealing with U-Haul. He was patient, kind and offered a better solution. Carl was nice, but the information she shared was incomplete and ended up costing me way more than it should have. This made my move far more stressful than I anticipated. I've use U-Haul in the past, this was the most challenging experience ever.

James RGave me the wrong truck that I asked for. Took the dolly that I wanted out of my order because they just didn't have it. Had me moved to a different location because the truck I wanted wasn't there. So moved me somewhere else and the new place gave me the wrong truck anyways and didn't even have the mattress cover I had requested. The app is a joke and wouldn't work either.
Rashad AWhen I picked up the truck , the fuel was dead empty. But because I took the agent for her word, I didn't look at the email rental agreement which said it was at a 1/4 tank. I was told the truck was on empty and to bring it back that way. Nevertheless, I brought the truck back with a 1/4 tank of gas but it was marked with less than that. I rent from U-Haul a lot, but I would find it hard to ever use that location in the future.
BYRON KNo employees were there to open at 11:00. At 11:10 we left to go to a gas station and when we came back a person who was brand new was there. She could not log into the computer and had no internet. We have to complete our transaction by speaking to someone on the phone. I don't love giving my credit card over the phone. I was already annoyed because we had booked at another location that opened earlier because we really wanted to pick up at 10. I went with the flow for 11 but then the staff is not even there and when they do get there can not help. We were offered to keep the trailer for an extra day. We didn't want a trailer sitting in our driveway for an extra day. I don't know how that was a good concession or good service. The new employee was nice and tried to be helpful but it is on Uhaul that she was not equipped or trained to do her job.
Robert TMy original reservation was for 2261 Ellsworth Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 which is right across the street from my starting location for our move. The person on the phone that changed the location of the truck said that I would be credited 25 miles for going out of my way. I never received the credit but instead was charged $35.30 for Extras miles. This is the second rental this happened to me.

Colin BI loved this woman. She was stuck in an office that looks like it was being remodeled but wow, was she ever helpful! She went above and beyond hi helping me straighten out problems and staying late to accommodate my needs. She was outstanding and I told her so. I wish I had her name, but this woman is a gem.
