Terrible doesn’t even get 1 star, My card got charged 51$ and then Ali called me and told me I still owe money went in and paid the rest in cash which was a total of 93$ Between card and cash and then the uhual is emailing me I owe another 50$. I didn’t go that far. PSA: DONT USE THIS LOCATION if you do write down mileage get receipts for everything if you pay in cash or a card don’t let him email you a receipt let him print it out for you so you have it because he never emailed me my receipt

The personnel on site were not knowledgeable of the product. it was a convenience store. There was only one lady there managing the store, service station and Uhaul. She could not help with the trailer check out, did not know what devices were needed for the lights. I had to call the area manager to send someone to check the trailers safety. It took almost 2.5 hours to get it hooked up and rolling. I am very disappointed in this experience.

I was assured they would have an appliance dolly waiting there for me the rope that I had purchased and none of the above was true I ended up having to pay a person to help me get a freezer into the back of the trailer I hurt my back did not get my rope had a very bad experience. Would never go back to the location and I'm really having real high concerns about whether I even wanted to shop at a U-Haul again.

The pick up locations were fine, the actual rental was an expensive nightmare. Made reservations for 26 ft truck pick up in Denver, one month in advance. Drive to WI. 2 days before pickup as we were going to fly out, I called to check something, 800 #. No truck for me!!. They had a 15 ft one was it. Outraged. Tried to check other places but nothing available. Some of my stuff still in Denver storage. Would never use them again.

Sincere thanks to Lisa who was working the service counter when we arrived. The truck reserved for us was not available due to the previous renters keeping the keys. She tried several things to get us a truck that morning, ultimately with success. That kind of service is very much appreciated and it helped keep our move on schedule.

My dollies weren't in the truck, but they had a utility one available for me to take. My reservation was at 10am, and when I did the pick up on my phone, it said my truck would be available when uhaul opened at noon.!? The lady was working by herself, and the station was busy, so it took me over 30 min of waiting and trying to pick up my truck. When I dropped off my truck, they said I went 95 miles...I did not. I went from Westminster to Aurora. The uhaul associate in Aurora checked the system, and says the Sinclair station did not update, or change the mileage from the previous trip, so the vehicle wasn't checked in accurately. He saw Sinclair stations mistake, and I wasn't charged for the additional 60 miles. I was fortunate he was a knowledgable and trained uhaul employee. If this location decides to continue to be a uhaul pick up location, you should invest in training and support. The attendant helping me was very nice, considering the situation of ne being frustrated and delayed, the lack of dollies available but were on my bill, and the constant line forming, plus the guy whose card was denied. She maintained her calm, but uhaul training would benefit everyone.

No idea how to use her U-Haul site to do paperwork so called her boss who doesn’t speak English I had to do my own paperwork to rent your trailer in their computer ridiculous took over an hour and a half and a half and IR Rn had already done everything in the computer from home would never use that service again

Don't use this dealer. Did not do a truck walk around on truck with me for damage. Did not verify mileage or fuel level with me. tried to send me out with a flat inner dual tire. Customer area for contract is in a corner of the store and you cant even stand facing the counter. This dealer is not set up for a good customer service experience. Would not recommend using this dealer.

Nobody at this place knew how to rent out the uhaul ,then I waited for an employee to get a hold of the owner finally, she did and I had to do everything over the phone. Of course uhaul wouldn’t hear about my issues but they sure did collect my money.

Very unhelpful and very unprofessional. I wanted to return another rental to them the week before and was told that they do not take equipment that they did not originally rent. Was forced to use them because my preferred location did not have a working vehicle for me to use.

We had a terrible experience. We wanted to pick up at a different location, but the truck was only available at this location. I had rented the truck through the app, but this location never used the app or asked to reference it even though the app expressly said that my phone would be required for pick up. We were given no instructions on gas or mileage documentation and received no paperwork regarding these. We rented an appliance dolly, but had to return back to the store when we got home because it was not included. There were cigarette butts and half empty water bottles in the cab. I brought these up to the employee when we went back for the dolly because I didn’t want to be charged for any smoking damage. He was very apologetic and offered to let us use the furniture pads for free. He said that in this area, sometimes homeless people come sit in the trucks to smoke. We drove the truck about 50 miles, but when we returned and gave them our mileage, the starting mileage had been put in incorrectly and so we were charged for 150 miles which is an extra $100. The employee at the store said the only thing we could do is to call U-Haul customer service which we did.

The trucks are in the shadiest gas station ever where the workers are rude and lazy, with no customer service skills at all. The guy who ran the U-Haul portion was friendly and took great care of us but isn’t always there. We had to wait almost 1/2 hour for him to show up so we could pick up our reservation. We ended up paying more for a larger truck because he didn’t have the truck we reserved through the telephone service. But it was the only truck left in town that day so we did it. If you need a truck in a pinch, It’s an ok place to rent as long as you don’t have to deal with the gas station employees.

Please take pictures of everything before you start - inside, outside, and odometer! I was overcharged mileage, and the owner became combative and dismissive when I requested a refund for the excess mileage charges. The was the least professional location I have ever dealt with.

The whole key retrieval process at this location was a disaster. There needs to be a lock box outside for customers to pick up keys or the people working the counter in the gas station need actual training in order to provide the keys. It took three phone calls to the designated Uhaul representative to get the keys to the truck. If it weren't for the excellent service and patience of Gary on the phone, I wouldn't have had the truck at all.

I received no paperwork or receipts for the cash I prepaid. I was forced to talk to the owner on the same phone as the attendant who was obviously sniffling, coughing and recovering from a cold. The owner I spoke with was difficult to understand on the phone. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with renting a U-Haul. truck. I am not even sure if I will be credited for the large amount of cash I paid.

There was no one there for working hours. I dropped off the keys in the lock box prior to checking out on my mobile device. I called customer service and they entered in the info I dropped it off and instructed me to call after noon on Sunday. I called 3x on Sunday and 2x on Monday. The number never worked. Finally on the last call Monday night to the national customer service center they were able to check me out. She did say that she called the place and it did not work and she was not able to get a hold of the area manager and was not able to get a hold of the manager above them. I received an email Tuesday afternoon with my receipt. I returned it at 7PM Saturday.

The uhaul manager was too busy with other items to serve me. it took over 30 minutes to complete the rental, and I had already did reservation online. The service manager could barely speak legible English. The vehicle was very dirty on outside. The seats in the cab were overly dirty and had much dog hair on the seats.

Please do Not over charge the customers. Dirty vehicles. Not enough equipment. Really rude and bad customer Service (I am using an other company for future service request) Really Disappointed! Can’t believe I got charge on my debit card $141.50 and He still asked me for $25 extra on cash!! For only 36 miles!!!! This is making me feel I got to post this on YouTube and Facebook. The owner made the rental experience a good one. The truck was new and ran great. This location has plenty of trucks and is in a great location for pick up and drop off.

I was a a little concerned as my lights did not get hooked up to the trailer and i was told I should be fine as the trailer was smaller than my vehicle but the turn signals and brake lights did not work. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I am waiting for a correction to the bill I returned the van at 3 p.m. on Saturday and was assured I would only be charged two days I was charged three days picked up the vehicle had a 3 appointment didn't get checked out till 4 and then it was sitting on empty and the vehicle was dirty. The girl is at the counter did not know how to do a rental it was all done over the phone and then one girl was late for work so he decided to chew her ass out in the middle of my contract negotiations poor customer service poor rental service

Clerk at station had no idea how to do anything. The person she called on the phone I couldn't understand. The amount charged to my card didn't match the amount shown on the reservation (# 26184465), and have emailed seeking remedy. If not remedied, I will contact the credit card company.

Worst experience ever. They gave me a truck with half a tank of gas, and charged me for a full tank refill. They claim to not be able to use their computing system. They had the worst customer service, and if I weren't in a desperate situation I would have gone somewhere else. How dare they claim professionalism.

I was told it would cost approximately $30. The odometer read 379 when I picked it up. Dropped it off with 406 on it. They charged me 79 miles instead of 27 miles. They also charged me for 5 moving pads and a dolly that I did not get and did not use. Have reached out to them twice now and have not heard back. They’re trying to charge me $146 and some change for an hour and a half in a van that was returned in just as good if not better condition than when I took it.

do not change the pick up and drop off location to a location 25 MILES outside of where the client needs to go. I spent EXTRA money because I had 50 extra miles on this uhaul rent. the gentleman at this location who was renting it to me gave me a slight discount on the miles but I am HIGHLY upset by having to spend so much more. I was moving from an apartment in Boulder to a different one a few blocks away in Boulder. I had to drive all the way out to Thorton to pick up and drop off this Uhaul. It was changed without my knowledge. The morning of, I was notified of where to pick it up and when I called to find out they said they didn't know why it was changed. This is unacceptable.

Do not switch location. I called one location and booked the truck then when I went to pick it up I had to go to another location. I found an email you sent but it did not tell me that the reservation had been switched. Really awful experience.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul.... I had to go to two different locations to finally pick up the truck...Then I tried to drop the truck off at my designated site the guy refused to take the truck...When picking up the truck the gentleman did not speak very good English when does very rude...When dropping the truck off same experience communication issue and just extremely rude....I was charge for an extra day,After sitting on hold Several different times talking to several different people that all said that I would not be charge for the extra day and that they were very sorry for my...Yet I was still charge for the extra day... I had the truck for the extra day because the guy would not take the truck at the designated drop off site...I had to wait until the next day to talk to someone to find out where to drop this truck off..... all in all ... I will never use U-Haul again ... and I suggest you don’t either !!!

Why can't I choose average, for "clean and inviting". I've seen better, I've seen worse. Why can't I choose poor for "personnel helpful" since the lady at the counter tried hard, but was not the uhaul rep who normally did everything. Would I recommend this location to a friend? It's probably one of the poorer Uhaul places, but they had a small lot, and a busy gas station, and I'm not sure what to expect in this State.

This location is in a gas station and he was trying to run the station and get us checked out so we could be on our way. We were there for 35 mins just to get our tow dolly so we could get on the road. The dolly he gave us we felt like the tires were to bad to travel 800 miles. He said they should be ok. When we dropped off the dolly they put it in for repairs for not only the tires but we also told them about the finder that was to close to the tire that the man at the gas station said it should be ok. We were worried about it rubbing on the tire. There were other Dolly's that he could of let us take but he didn't want to redo the paperwork to change Dolly's.

FIx broken right side mirror, fix gas gauge that sticks at 3/4 when full, fill radiator which needed a gallon of radiator fluid, put in brighter headlights, had to add 1 quart of oil due to low oil light right way. so make sure oil is above low at least, fix ramp where it had to be knocked in with a big sledgehammer for the latch to catch it, fix worn squeaking brake pads, We were afraid we would end up in a breakdown on our trip due to the poor condition of the truck

Please have a person that can speak English so that he can be understood. When I got to the location there was no one on duty that knew anything about how to rent the trucks. The manager finally came and I could not understand his thick Spanish accent. My friend could understand to a point. We finally, after two hours, we're able to get two 15 foot trucks, one was just above the empty mark and they did not offer to put any gas in it, this cost me at the end of the trip. It was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. I would never go back to that place and certainly would never recommend it to anyone.

There was a young man there who had only been working a few days and said that he knew nothing about renting the truck. He finally called his boss at home who came to the store and I could not understand a word that he said, had to have a friend interpret. I rented two 15 ft. trucks, one was on empty and the other had about an eighth tank of gas. I was required to put 1/2 tank of gas in before I could check the trucks in. I will not be using or recommending U- Haul again.

Horrible service. Picked 7 pm pick up. Uhal guy showed up for work at 830. They do not have a consistent employee for all the times available on website. And when he showed up it was as if we inconvenienced him for needing a uhal. Also called uhal customer service and received no help what's so ever because it was past 7pm.
