the owner is a super friendly guy and his shop is pretty eclectic with a mix of tons of things that may seem out of place in a uhaul location, but overall, he's just a guy trying to make a living and very pleasant to deal with. would highly recommend to friends or family.

richard pThe 24/7 truck share checking in process was confusing and cumbersome. Took me over 30 mins to checkin and get the keys. Even the return process was confusing, sitting there in the dark parking lot and trying to figure how to return on the app, I just returned the keys and left. Checkin and return process for 24/7 truck share is awful, had to sit there and wait for approval proccess without knowing how long it was gonna take.

TUCKER DThe UHAUL system was down for the entire day so i had to wait for hours to get my already reserved van checked in. The credit card system was down all day so i luckily i had cash on hand. The location of pick-up has no right to even have uhauls because there is no room and is run out of an Iraqi spice store. I will never use Uhaul again if i have to.

Nancy RI booked a U-Haul for a different location, for a 9am Saturday pick-up. They called me and told me there were no trucks available at that location for that day, and booked me at this location instead. When I showed up that morning to pick up my truck, and check in on the app, the app told me to come back when the location opened, at 11, making me miss out on two hours of potential moving time.

Sulman EAt pick-up, there needs to be better inspection of the vehicle before driving away. We were disappointed to find bald tires before heading out for our travel, which necessitated us to call the road-side service center. It was inconvenient and frustrating.

Carrie AThe location was hidden and poorly lit. The pictures that were asked to be taken proved to be difficult to get. The lot also wasn't paved and the location to park the cars wasn't well marked. Furthermore unclear signage as to where to drop off the keys on the premise. We had to wander in the freezing cold to find it towards the front of the buildings, away from where the vehicle needed to be parked.

Kevin FThis was an awful experience. Some guy called me 15 min before my pickup and told me to follow the link to get the key and to call 800 number if I had trouble. Of course the link was not working so I called and the call kept getting disconnected. I called the guy back but he would not answer. It took me an hour and a half to finally get someone on the phone from uhaul who could help. I would never go back to this location - the location is practically abandoned. Awful.

TIMOTHY BI walked around the truck prior to taking it and did not note any damage. I used it for a simple local move and returned it as it was. When I left I got a call that the truck has damage so I went back to see what he was talking about. He told me here you need to stand back here and look at the very top of the front of the truck corner, there is a dent there. We stepped back and he shined the light on a small dent in the corner of the truck. I certainly did not do that damage nor would I have expected to see it ahead of time without "here step back and look from here". I was changed $390 on my credit card for the damage and disputing it now. That is a totally unfair practice as I never would expect someone to inspect the top of a truck in the walk around before driving off.
Helen Cfirst, i was very disappointed that when arriving to location, which was moved from primary location pickup, i found that i would be driving a 10' box truck. I PURPOSELY reserved a 9' van. I had one couch to move. It would be easier to drive to Boston and much cheaper on gas. I was not happy

Matthew NI have rented a truck here in less than 24 hours prior my move. Mr. Jarrar Hussain is very nice, intelligent man. He had helped me with the truck and the hand dolly. The truck was easy to drive and it was really good on mileage: it's kinda older and was lower on left side, but, generally speaking , it was okay. I recommend using U-Haul company and this location.

ANDREW AOur pick up location changed due to truck size availability. This location is a 24/7 share only. The truck was parked so close to the building that is was very hard to inspect and take pictures of the passengers side.
