I have to say my experience was very disappointing. There was no one there to greet me at the location, so I had to do the self pick up. There were issues with the website and I was on the phone with customer service for over 45 minutes until I was finally able to access the truck. On top of that, there was no furniture dolly in the truck which I specifically paid extra for. I will not be recommending this location or U-Haul services in the future.

Domingo RLocation is small, but the customer service is superb. I hate that I didn’t get the attendant’s name, but he was sooo helpful and provided me one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think he was a Uhaul employee, he worked for the shop and may have been a contractor. However, a great rep nonetheless. Give this man a raise!
Louis AI returned the car and no one were around . I have never received my final receipt. And I was charged more in mileage . I have been call U-HAUL to send me my final received nothing it have been 3 days now . No email neither a call to let me know what is happening.

I liked how everything was either emailed or texted including pics of Van being rented. It was super easy and fast checking n & out. Extremely friendly unlike other locations. Highly recommend

Alexis CRequested extra equipment (furniture dolly) wasn't included in the van. We had to call to cancel the charge. It would have been nice to get the equipment or, if it wasn't available, it would've been nice to not have to CALL to cancel the extra charge.
Jesse JMake sure the truck is clean, free from any dirt, (I had to wipe the inside of the driver and passenger side because the accumulation of dirt was visible. I would recommend even having some sort of air freshener as the smell of the truck was not very pleasant.
Jeffrey DThe rental location and proprietor was great. What I would improve upon is the website and the advertised rental times available. My first option on the website was a pickup at 1am to return at 9am. Left my a little confused.
Robert CI was charged for two days, but I returned the van five hours later. It was before 6 pm and the shop was closed. I dropped the key in the locked box as instructed. The charges were not explained at pick up and the contract was emailed only.
