They said they didn't want us to drop it off there. To try someplace else, like around the corner. I said that there wasn't anyone there & we had tried to drop it of down the road and he had sent us here. We were dropping it of whether they wanted it or not. Drove 8 miles was 7/8 of a tank,was between 3/4 and 7/8 less than a 1/4 mile put 5 dollars in and it was above 7/8 get my bill and they show 3/4 of tank putting 4 gallons in at 19,95allen T.

I got charged full rate cause I had to keep the truck longer cause I wasn't given the proper materials to do the move I have alot of fragile items that's why I ordered 3 dozen pads and only received 1 dozenWilliam S.

This drop off location was much more convenient than the one Uhaul tried to move my reservation to after i booked the truck. In fact, this was my original choice. The biggest hindrance was the 25 miles out of my way i had to drive to turn in the auto trailer before i called and complained. Otherwise, i dropped the truck off before location opened. Uhauls app wouldn't work that morning. And, since i used 2 different drop off locations the drop off locations did not know how to check in my eqpt. Resulting in Uhaul trying to overcharge me for. Which ended with a 8th call to Uhaul customer service trying to resolve the cluster they created for me. But, the lady i spoke with on the phone at dropoff was extremely nice and helpful.JOHN K.

Truck was full of cockroaches. I had to spray it down. The final bill was for 110 miles and I only drove it round trip less than 50. Not sure how it ended up with 110.MICHAEL W.

Online check-in through the app took 1hr and 18 minutes. It was ridiculous but the service on the phone was good. But the look last weekend if the month in March should have more people working the help desk. It was awful and warming clients they will need to people to be available at pick up is another inconvenience. But I understand but not knowing I would need two people was alarming lRobert A.

After hours pick up took over an hour. likely edge case, but I had just renewed my DL (TN issued) and luckily had my wife with me. I had to swap her to driver and go through the process with her. The online checkin process was very lengthy. Once we arrived and processed the needed steps it took a long time for our request for I think it was called verifying our rental qualifications. Spent almost 30 minutes waiting on uhual to approve our request. This particular box truck was in very bad shape and the service engine light was on.Kyla C.

Had reserved a dolly and didnt realize it wasnt in back untill we were already at destination so we had to come back to the store and that put an extra 7 miles on my charges and since it wasnt the one dolly we needed we got 2 and it was harder to move but doable. Still people make mistakes understandable just 71. 00 to spend to pick up our furniture was a lot!!Sateva S.
