Ryan was fantastic! He was very helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that your store hours should be opening earlier than 9:00am. Most people like to get an early start when moving especially in AZ where it gets hot. I think you should be open by 8:00am at the latest.

Roger HApp was taking forever to upload my photos. I had to wait about 20min for them to upload then once they did I tried opening the lock box with the code that was provided. That code did not open said box. I had to get on the phone with support and they were talking about sending me to a different location at that time I tried the code on a different box, it opened and had the correct key to the truck that I was suppose to pick up. The next challenge was cornered in by three other trucks. I had maneuver the truck to fit in between two trucks and luckily I had space to back up and adjust the angle of the truck. When I got in there was mud on the floor and paint on the steering wheel. Truck overall drove really smooth! Had no issues after picking it up. I would never recommend self pick up and I probably would never do it again.

BRETT HThe gentleman that assisted with the return was helpful and acknowledged my frustration with the vehicle, stating that it sounded like a NASCAR racer starting up. He looked under the truck to see that the exhaust had disconnected from the main manifold resulting in being very loud.

ALEXANDER WWould not recommend renting when store is not open. The U-Haul website is long & difficult to complete- (took my son & me 30 minutes). Too many steps, wouldn’t load. Nuts! My hired movers had to wait.
Kelli LUHaul app is extremely clunky. Much prefer the counter but that option was taken away.

Michael FI arrived a half hour before opening. I was first and waited on second. I reserved a 20 ft. truck and was given a 15'. I wasn't told his 20' had maintenance issues. I wasn't walked outside to find the 15' truck which was too small and ended up making 2 trips. After trying to check in, I tried getting in 3 trucks before I found the right truck. The service guy didnt walk me through. I had to converse with him while he was hitching a trailer for someone else He wouldn't accomodate me and I won't go back or recommend this location to anyone. I was very disappointed and very dissatisfied.
Cecil DRepresentative was late opening shop. I had an appointment at 9:00am to rent a 10' truck. Since the owner was late opening, it caused me to miss a delivery that I had schedule to be picked up.
David MThe entire experience was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...... Not only was the online sign in difficult, trying to get a hold of someone to help walk through the process was next to impossible. NEVER DO ONLINE RESVERATION.... It took me more time to get a hold of someone that would help me than it would have been if I went to an actual UHAUL Office. These satellite offices are No match for the actual UHAUL location. The outside of the truck was filthy with mud. The inside of the truck was filthy with mud on the steps and the bottom of the floor, the steering wheel was dirty and sticky, the air conditioning only worked half the time, and you felt like the truck was ready to come off the the chase of the vehicle. It literally bounced all the way back and forth to my destination. On top of all of that -- when I went to return the truck, all the said to me, "is that they key" I said "yes" They said nothing else to me, took the key and asked no questions. The manager had his shoes off and his bare feet on the chair looking at his phone. It felt like I was dealing with a robot with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have rented a lot of UHAUL vehicles and NEVER had such an awful experience. Then when I got my bill, I was overcharged. DO NOT USE THE FOUNTAIN HILLS LOCATION HAULCARZZ MOTOR SPORT. I just moved to Fountain Hills and what an appalling experience

Michael BThe staff was great and the trailer was in good shape generally but I discovered after I rented it that the hydraulic brake reservoir was completely empty. I didn't notice until the car was loaded and had more trouble stopping due to my trucks brakes doing the work. Unfortunately I was an hour and a half away from the Uhaul location so I stopped and bought some fluid on the way back. Otherwise a great experience, just need to make sure to check the fluids next time.

Carol LI was charged an additional $39 full day rate for going past the 6 hour rental by 2 hours. The rate during booking was $15 difference between an 6 and 8 hour rentals. There should just be a 24 hour rental for no one picks up these trucks in the afternoon anyway.

John CThis place is awful!!! They are lazy and will not help customers!!!! I’ll never go back! They want customers to do everything themselves online when they are watching movies on a smart pad. I went to Teds and they fixed my reservations for me when this place would not! I have not even received my receipt for this rental of 12/23 and returned on 12/25/2022. I don’t even have final charge receipt. Teds always sends mine
