I left my stuff in storage for 5 months while I went on a deployment out of country. I came back to find that literally every single item in the unit reaked of mildew, and despite washing and attempting to remove to smell from every item multiple times, it seems as though it is now permanently woven into the molicules of the items, and the peculiar part is nothing was wet or showed signs of water damage in the slightest. For that reason, outside of which was an excellent service, I will not be using your facility again and I will advise others to do the same. My apologies in advance.
