Poor service, the rep must think that you have to adjust your schedule to fit his needs for you to retrieve the rental - AFTER you have a confirmed scheduled reservation, w/ cc payment info submitted online and check-in in complete online. He almost cancelled my reservation when he closed the office over an hourly early; I had to ASK him to come back and complete the check out! More details: I had a confirmed reservation online, w/ cc payment info, and online check-in complete. I show up at the office at the reservation start time (11am); they had issues with their internet/system. The rep suggests that he write down my cc info so that he can input it into the system later – no way, I already sent through the internet copies of the front and back of my DL and CC payment. I offered to pay cash (denied). I tell him I can come back later when it is up and running, for him to call me to alert me, and that I could not go past 3 pm (I could, but I have to set a deadline to ensure I pick up the rental the same day, office closes at 5pm). He calls me at noon, w/ the tone as if I had to drop what I was doing and return right then and there, I tell him I will show up around 1pm. I get caught up with other errands and call back 15 mins till 4pm, to recheck on their system status, and notify him that I am coming by 4pm – mind you my rental period started at 11 am (for 3 days), so as far as I am concerned I can pick it up any time after on that day. His answer over the phone is that I had cancelled because I did not show up before 3pm, and he had already closed the office – over an hour early from posted time of 5pm, and I never verbally or online cancelled the reservation! I had to be affirmative and basically tell him that I would meet him half hour later to give him time to reopen. He agrees to it and I do get the rental. What a hassle! I have to plead with this rep to have my reservation honored, on top of making an extra trip, and submitting all kinds of personal information online!
Business location needs better signage regarding entry. It's like walking into someone's home. "Welcome, Please Enter" or something like that. It's a little odd.
I arrived 1 hour after my scheduled pick up time and my equipment wasnt available. Had to wait for another customer to return. Not sure why Uhaul didnt send me to a location with equipment ready after holding my reservation for 2 weeks.

The app and mobile process does not work. When checking in, I received a text message directing me to a website to take a picture of my driver's license. The mobile webpage did not load or did not send the picture - the uhaul rep had to take a picture on his phone (not ideal, i don't know if it is his personal phone that is storing my ID). When returning, the mobile webpage would not upload pictures of the trailer showing the condition of return, and could not complete the process.

Hook the trailer up properly so that it does not detach completely while traveling 40 mph on a state highway filled with my belongings.

Not anything with the locations. Just wish I didnt have to pay full price when I didnt use the equipment for a full 24 hours. $50 for a 4x8 trailer for use for a couple of hours is kinda crazy.
this truck was only good for a local move driving that thing across country was a night mare. no cruise control no modern stability technology. the slightest bump or wind gust sends the thing into the next lane. the engine would spaz out to try and maintain the speed limit. this is the 5th time ive made the trip but first and last with uhaul
Quick, easy and helpful. It was easy to reach via phone and the online reservations were easy too.

Not advertise a 4 x 7 trailer when it is not 4'. Not even close. Very disappointing.

It was simple and easy to rent. I would recommend to a friend.
First start by refunding some of or all of my money back, tow dolly was horrible, such a nightmare the whole 27 hours trip was frightening every few hours stopping to tighten straps , then the strap broke had me scared 2 death and fear 4 my life as well as others Kevin Fleming 845 464 8001

Location is not marked with signage. Hard to locate would not use this location again
Very good customer service
I had no assistance when picking up the trailer to move my family. I left and came back within 5 minutes and the salesman had left and i hurt mysrlf hitching the trailer to my truck.
