They called me 3 hours after I dropped it off to ask which location I would like to drop it of at. Then they charged a convenience fee for after hours drop off even though they clearly received it before the scheduled drop off time. Then they claimed it wasn't full even though I topped off the tank before dropping it off. Very poor service extra charges. I'm very angry with U-haul and the way I was treated.

The man who hooked the trailer up didn't secure the ball to the hitch correctly & the trailer came off the ball 2 1/2 hours after we left. Nearly lost the trailer as it was whipping around behind our truck! Trailer still empty. Had to call roadside assistance. Husband had reconnected the trailer by the time roadside got there but we wanted uhaul to verify it was now connected properly. Uhaul said the guy in Alamosa didn't connect it right. The rest of the trip was great.

The tire pressure monitoring system kept alerting me. Before I left the lot I notified the rental agent, he checked the tire pressure on all tires and told me it was safe to drive. Just kind of worrisome that the light never went off...

To be honest, it would have been nice, if the employee detaching the wiring & trailer who was indeed kind enough to do so, would have atleast wrapped the wiring around the ball hardware or whereever, instead of letting it drop on the ground, wiyhout our knowing it, only to trail scraping the ground the entire hour driven back home.. especially when we have just invested in its instalation from you guys, just one month ago.. How much does replacement wiring cost, btw? And would you be willing to let this wiring be replaced, due to the negligence of employee, after entrusting them to u hitch and disconnect, properly, to no avail? Please let me know.. Thank you. They called me at 9:30 to see where truck was. I told them I would return it that afternoon since I was not told a drop off time but was told anytime that day was fine. He said okay...but then I received a $40 receipt via email hours after drop off. Why did not anyone tell me I was going to be charged??? I would have returned it earlier if I would have known. I will not be using Uhaul again...my reservation had us moving to the wrong town and I had to spend almost an hour on the phone sorting this out. The app did not work to sign in and I had to deal with the rude clerk at Boulder gas. Then I had to call back about missing moving blankets. The extra charges put me over the edge. I have used Uhaul many many times but this last experience was horrible. I would appreciate a refund on the late fees at the least.

Simple training for the Uhaul desk person could have saved me multiple phone calls, and the royal run-around during a very busy and expensive move. The uHaul desk person gave me the option of a MUCH lower price for delivering the truck to a location nearby my destination without advising that the discount it is actually NOT available unless the customer makes the decision to do this at that time it is offered only. I left the uhaul, came back the same day to let them know that I would like to opt for the lower price after checking the logistics, and they gave me the run-around. Turns out, the discount is only available at the time it is offered, period. uhaul DID NOT honor its "promise" as they say on the recording that we heard while on hold for the phone calls inquiring about what we were told initially. Broken promises is what it was.

Locations can only offer what the have...my trailer looked like the oldest in the fleet 28th rusty lug nuts. A more convenient location was preferred. I didn't like having to have a text/email smart phone to complete checkout.

I requested the SafeMove plan but they charged me for the SafeMove Plus. I returned the truck a day early but they refused to refund anything. The staff was rude and made it clear we were an annoyance. I would not have rented from this company but they were the only ones who had a vehicle available. There were a couple of other businesses that were excellent to deal with but they had everything rented out, probably because most customers preferred dealing with them instead. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for anything.

Equipment was clean. One tire significantly low on air yet sent out. Due to hose connection shapes at gas stations- unable to fill with air on route.( tire at 40- instead of 80 psi)

Overall drop-off experience was poor due to changes in location. Nearby location refused truck, next nearest also refused. Dispatch suggested 2 locations 90 minutes away in the opposite direction for my return home so would have added 3 hrs to my trip. Ended up returning it about 80 miles along my return home. So cost me extra gas. Thankfully U-haul is me giving a $50 rebate.

I paid a 60.00 deposit for trailer and was told I would get it back when I returned trailer the drop off location said they didn't have the money to give for deposit I would get a check in 7 to 10 days to me if I paid cash I should of got my cash back at return Thank you

I am not mad at Alamosa. They were good to me. I am furious that my credit card was charged way more than disclosed to me by 2 people. I have rented a lot of U-Haul and have never been treated poorly until now. I am very unhappy and may get my attorney involved.

The app was too slow to complete my reservation. I had to do it on my computer. I was told which location in my city had the desired trailer, but it didn't actually have it. If I had not stayed in contact with the dealer I might have missed out. The web site said I would receive a call, but it didn't happen. The dealer where I picked up the trailer was very helpful once I made contact..
