I dropped off the truck after hours and it was dark and creepy. Uhaul drop off instructions wanted a lot of pictures that I didn't get a chance to take because I felt unsafe at this location. I will never go back

The customer service is poor at the location and over the phone. They will charge you for things you did not do and will not refund your money back. I will NEVER use this company again.

Had to wait for the attendant to return to the location. Building was locked with no signage indicating why or any return time. Once there, the attendant was very helpful and courteous. The truck on the other hand was a 2019 basic model with no added amenities. No Bluetooth or ability to connect a phone or Cruise control. Even had crank windows. What???? I also reserved a truck at a location closer to my home and was told that the truck was not available and had to go out of my way to get this truck, costing me time for loading. While the truck drove OK, not having those very basic add ons in a vehicle made my 7 hour drive less than ideal.

He just asked for the keys and said you are good. He didn’t go outside to check the vehicle condition Ana’s fuel level. Before I left, I explained to home that I was returning it with the same fuel level, but I was charged $88.00 on the next day for fuel.

Was charged for fuel when i took it back but it was in the same spot when i took it out. I took a picture of it when i dropped it off and glad that i did went back and talked with the manager. She informed me to call U-Haul didn’t get a answer when i called but uploaded the picture of the fuel haven’t heard anything back from them. I recommend you not get one from this location.

Let them know if they refill here pump 1 is the only one that takes cards. Backing a uhaul at a gas station isn't fun.

The person handling bookings didnt undertand the UI well enough so i had to do his part of job myself. The rear passenger tire of the truck that was give to me was underinflated. I had to fill the air myself.

Their system was down and we had to wait for UHaul to communicate with them to give us the keys adding to our pick up time. It wasn't the worst, but it did delay us about an hour.

Better customer service. Hard to run a store and also do the duties of a uhaul repersentive. Waiting to rent the uhaul took over an hour even with a reservation.

Rentals should be based on 24 hour rental. This location charged me 20.00 per hour late fee which was equivalent to the rental fee. The customer service rep could not tell me if the rental late fee would allow me to rent for another day or not. She was totally unaware of process.

This place was in an out of the way location in a kind of unsavory area. The person helping me was constantly interrupted and didn't totally seem to know what she was doing. I returned the truck a day early and didn't get any credit back for that.

The employee had a very nasty attitude. When I return the U-haul, I felt as though I had left more than enough gas in it compared to when I received it. I asked the employee to check for me as it was hard to read and tell exactly where the gas level was. The location where I took the U-haul back to was a gas station. If she had told me that I needed to add more gas, I would have gladly added more gas even though I felt that it was more than what was in it when I received it. I would have not minded paying $2.69 for the gas as opposed to the amount charged to me - a total of $45.00. After she cashed out the transactions and I asked her why she didn't tell me I needed to add more gas, she laughed in y face and said your the first person who has ever been charged for gas. She said this as if she was making fun of the charges that I had just received. I was very frustrated with the situation and called the corporate office. I also sent an email with where the gas level was when I return the U-Haul. This is the 1st and LAST time that I will ever use this location. If I need a U-Haul and this is the only location available, I will look for other options. I have used U-Haul several times before and have NEVER been treated the way that I was treated on this visit. I am deeply disappointed. Not only was the customer service bad in reference to the lady's attitude but I had to wait for the lady to check out every customer in the store that came in when I was picking up and dropping off the U-Haul. The lady even made a statement stating that she hates that there is a U-Haul rental at their gas station. A complaint was filed by myself. I could write a whole lot more about this experience but I am going to leave this informations and think twice before using another U-Haul location.

Staff here are overwhelmed; only 1 person to run the gas station & do U-Haul rentals. The U-Haul staff the agent had to call to assist were rude to her.

I reported a malfunction when I returned the truck. There must have been a malfunction in the relay that turned the message off "before you proceed, release the emergency brake". My mechanic assured me the brake was not engaged and I proceeded with my trip.

Keys locked in truck at scheduled time of pickup, had to wait over an hour for a uhaul rep to come unlock the truck. Contract was changed after the original purchase to double the cost of the rental with no notice ( I was supposed to have 232 miles available but now they decided to charge me 99c a mile)

I return furniture dolly in store due to not being able to lock cabin as I have with other locations. This location proceeded to attempt to charge me for missing equipment though it was in the store. Also I am glad I took a picture of odometer and gas gauge because they tried to charge me for not returning truck on agreed gas level. Very disappointed in the integrity of this location

This place should not be renting UHaul. No one at this site knows how to connect trailer to the car hutch and were not helpful at all. I hope u-haul company inspects this place and shuts it down. Shame!

staff was not welcoming. I called the location prior to returning the vehicle. I informed him I was running behind, but I would be there within 10 minutes(roughly 2-3 minutes after close at 4pm). Upon arriving to the location I entered the store and asked if this is where I can return the equipment. The male staff looked over at the time and said, "It's 4:02, we're closed, just park the truck over by the others and put the key in the drop box and I'll take care of it tomorrow." Not welcoming at all. Very rude to say the least. Not a place I would visit again.

The only clerk at this store said he didn't know how to connect the trailer to the car and couldn't help me. He completed the paperwork, but wouldn't leave the store to assist me in any way. This in NOT the pickup destination I selected on my reservation form, but was substituted by the system for some reason the day before my pickup.

Picking up the truck was great and the woman working there was very knowledgeable and went smoothly. Dropping off on the other hand was very difficult. Communication was the hardest part do to attendant could not speak English well. He had me move the vehicle multiple times in a busy confined area. I don't think he knew what he was doing. It was very stressful. On the other hand the vehicle performed great and had no issues with the equipment. Beware of communication barrier at this location.
