Manager at location was great. Helped me hook up and unhook car dolly. Was very polite and nice. Only issue I had was, nothing was required to do, to show dolly was returned to location. Not for sure how your policy is or works for that but everything else was great. Thank you very much.JOHN F.

The customer service was horrible. The rental clerk wouldn't help to find a drop off location closer to my destination. He told me to google it and figure it out.RYAN F.
Sun fizzer was broke, floor was dirty, the truck appeared to have something loose underneath like if shocks were going out. The gas meter showed between 1/4 and 1/2 of gas in it. I was told if I brought it back with a 1/4 tank of gas it would be ok. I brought it back with the same amount that was in it when I left and they charged me for putting gas back in it. The clerk that was dealing with me on renting the U-Haul was a very nice, professional, and courteous person. He was very pleasant to work with.NADE A.

The cab in the Uhaul truck had food debris, trash and dirt on the floor.....but on a 2 hour rental, I did not care. I rented this truck to unload a Ubox, because home delivery was not available thru Uhaul. The AC worked really well, so that was something positive. I did verbally decline Uhaul's Safe Move insurance coverage with the agent where I rented, yet I was charged $14 for coverage. After the 3 day delay in my Uhaul Ubox arrival, I just wanted to be done with all things Uhaul, so I did not argue the charge after the fact. Advice: If you are truly needing the cheapest means of moving, this will hopefully work....eventually. Do not expect your stuff to arrive on the â€œguaranteedâ€ delivery date. And read the fine print in all documents before you sign them. I would only use Uhaul again if there where no other options. .LINDA M.

UHaul needs to add AJ's to the Drop Off list. I had to drive an extra 11 miles to the closest Drop-off point. I rent 26' trucks each summer to take luggage and camp supplies from Arlington, TX to Pottsboro, TX and I can't drop-off at the closest dealer without extra fees.Michael L.

Talked with them about condition of truck when I picked it up and dropped it off.John M.
I rented a trailer to go pick up a hot tub 130 miles away. When I reached my destination the trailer was not wide enough to hold the hot tub. I called your customer service department for different times and spent a total of an hour and 40 minutes trying to exchange it for a different trailer. I was disconnected twice I was transferred five different times put back into Q after being told oh we finally found the right department. Needless to say I never got the correct trailer. Your customer service department is worthless and I will never use your company again. I had to come back home without the hot tub and return the trailer to the original location next to my house.Mike M.
