The personnel were not overly helpful. We were not acknowledged when we entered and had to ask an employee who was not doing anything for help. The location's "cleanliness and inviting" just ok, not really a YES or NO.

Mobile check in was delayed for more than one hour because the folks at location placed a padlock on truck that was impossible to open with the code that was sent.

Overall, very disappointed with this rental. Location for pick up was switched without informing me. Equipment was not ready for pick up, and several supplies I had pre-ordered were not available. Staff attitude was indifferent. Would never rent from this facility again and doubt I will ever use U-Haul again!!

Nothing. Had a really smooth time with the pickup and had no problems whatsoever. The location I picked up the truck was convenient and the lady that worked the front desk was kind and professional and easy going. Really would recommend.

Both locations were fine and not an issue in terms of the experience. The biggest issue I had with this rental pick-up with the process through the link sent. It should be advised when making a reservation that there will be multiple steps to work through that can take time - especially the part about having to submit references and wait for an approval. From the time we pulled into the parking lot till the time we pulled out, it took us almost 45 min because of glitches with the system and having to start over and wait for these approvals. Was frustrating You should be able to put references in and be approved at the time you submit the reservation rather than at the pick up time.

People at location were great. The truck was not entirely clean. I have volumes about this point. Windsheld was okay, interior of cab, okay, interior of truck just okay. nothing big, but just okay. I know there is ofter quick turnaround, but I would have liked to see a cleaner truck. This location runs a very organized and professional operation, and do not want to take away from this favorable point. Another issue, I have an android phone. I pick up at 7.30am, and they open at 9am, so I needed to check in through my phone, which was not easy, but rather a disaster. I followed all instruction, and then it said can't find your locataion, I call live chat, and told this helpful woman that my location was on, yet she couldnt make it work via my phone, and I hit a wall. If my wife wasn't with me and used her iPhone, I could not have gotten my truck out until the shop opened, and this was not acceptable. PS your choices for answers in above are too limiting. At least offer a write in option. And Your website has bugs. Please, please look into this situation. Gracias.

The cab was filthy dirty, every time I lifted the center seat console black goo leaked out, there was food and trash in the truck. It was very nasty!!

Whole experience was time consuming and unpleasant. An 8am pickup turned into a 9:15am pickup. I did the mobile pick up. The link in the confirmation email would not work. May account showed I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number. I had to call customer service 3 times in order to get into the truck I reserved. Returning was the same mess. Account didn't show I even rented the truck. I had to call customer service twice to get the return to work. It was frustrating.

I rented a pick up truck and it did the job fine and drove well but is stink like a dead body had been in it ! I had to rube with the windows down on a 90 degree day. The location was a dump, some kind of mechanical shop. However the lady who took care of me was super nice and got me on the toad fast, she was the best part of my experience.

Awful experience. I have rented from uhaul for over 10 years. When you pick up the trailer on tuesday and have a 2 day rental and drop it off after hours on thursday it has never been an issue. Aj service charged me an extra $69.91. I will never rent from this location again and I will make sure everyone I know will never give this location business. Hope the extra $69.91 they took was worth it

I was not able to use my first choice facility. The facility I was sent to was messy. The counter person was late for work. They facility had no blankets. I had to drive to my original choice location to get blankets. I was not instructed on identifying existing damage to vehicle, so when returning the vehicle I was questioned on all damage to the truck. When I asked for help on how to load tow vehicle the counter person handed me a booklet and said they cannot assist customers. This is very poor business.
