The u haul was totally fine and the check in wasn’t bad. The location itself is a dilapidated lot. It’s sketchy and looked abandoned and run down. I will most definitely use a different location next time.

Drop off site looked like an empty lot, not professional at all. Left personal property in van and phone number for site does not work! Not safe as a night time drop off location. Will never use again. Angry I will never see my house key or expensive sun glasses again. Will never use this drop off location again. Overall worst moving experience ever…

No one on-site and don’t expect them to return a phone call. One of the phone numbers listed online was not in service. Some of the storage units were burned, also no visible security cameras to protect trucks or units from vandalism. The truck I picked up from here had something done to the gas tank, which thankfully I decided to wait until I was going to return the truck to put gas in to find out that when I pumped gas into the truck it went all over the ground… what a fun experience! The location where I dropped off was an actual U-Haul location not an authorized dealer which had a way better experience. Do make my mistake and always go to the actual U-Haul locations.

I ordered a furniture dolly and pads but the truck did not have them in it and there was no one to ask.

I am going to be lodging a formal complaint with U-HAUL after being told that I would be required to travel over 150 miles to get my truck. I had reserved the vehicle three weeks prior to the scheduled pick up. The final solution was to rent two trucks and then having to arrange an additional ferry reservation and make arrangements for a third driver to come down from British Columbia.

They had me drop of the truck at a place that isn’t even open on the weekends. So I had no help. And the drop off place was getto to the least say. The parking lot was really bad and some the storage units was burned out and it looked like it had been that way for a while. So I do believe that this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul and I will have to think long and hard if I will rent from uhaul again. From dishonest people and being scammed by uhaul people I really don’t know what to say other than I was taken advantage of so that I could be charged for a one way rental. F RATING

Gate was closed, nobody was there, drive was not long enough to accommodate the truck.when I signed up this site was listed as drop off, app allowed drop off then I was charged to have the truck relocated. Truck when empty was nearly impossible to drive at time with the front end hopping, not likely to ever use UHaul again afyer tjis experience.

The above comments are for the location on Guide Meridian in Bellingham, not the burned-out-but-adequate location listed above. I erroneously selected, then used, the Guide Meridian location as my drop-off instead of the Airport Storage location. Sadie from the Guide Meridian location worked with the Seattle-based dispatcher to resolve my error, saving me hundreds. I was absolutely furious at first and threatened legal action, but thanks to Sadie's research, I learned (to my embarrassment) that I was the one in error. Because of Sadie, you have a loyal, life-long customer in me. Thank you so much Sadie!!!

When I arrived to drop off the Uhaul, there was nobody onsite and there were not clear directions on where to park and what paperwork to leave. I found myself wondering if I was really at the right place. When I called the number listed on the box, there was a voicemail recording for the month of August.

The location was not the problem, it was the initial uHaul bookings and communications with Victoria out of Port Moody that made my trip a nightmare. The staff in Bellingham went out of their way to fix the mistakes that had been made, if it weren't for them I would have been completely stuck.

If it were the most convenient, I'd say OK, but it's a parking lot for the airport, and there's some storage, but U-Haul is an afterthought.

The person who helped me did not seem to know what he was doing. He was not friendly in the least and I felt like helping me with the u haul was simply a nuisance to him. Reminded me of the DOL.

I had filled out all the necessary information online with my reservation. I arrived to pick up my trailer only to find that the only person there was mainly a shuttle driver and had no training on how to check out a trailer. A simple check of the information I had entered ended up being an hour and a half wait while the individual tried to update my order but had multiple issues that he needed to call his boss and the Uhaul rep. These were not computer network problems as he stated, they were his erroneous entries that changed the correct entries I had previously entered. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!

We reserved a 24 ft truck and were given a 17ft truck which increased our mileage expense by 4x the amount expected. Your sign reads 'Reservations Guaranteed' but this is not the case. I do not believe I should have had to pay mileage since this was a Uhaul error! Worst customer service I have ever received. The person at the pick up location could only say, "It isn't my fault."

U-Haul must be a great place to work. My move was stressful, I needed three trucks over about a weeks time, but every person at the Airport location was happy and helpful! It was a pleasure doing business there. Super convenient, too.

Waited two hours before u haul person even arrived. Then it took another 20 minutes. Not good, to say the least. Never again.

We arrived @ 8:45 am for a 9:00 am pick-up and the truck was there but not checked in and we had to wait for another employee to arrive to actually check in the truck. Finally after 45 minutes we drove the truck off the lot without an itemized receipt. We still have not received an itemized receipt from the pick up location. We got a late start on a very long day because the truck was not ready to pick up at the guaranteed time of 9:00 am. I would not recommend this location for a truck rental.

The wipers were no good . Over 200 miles of noisy wipers .poor gas milage and the truck steering wandered . Not so fun to drive There web site was down and detained me on departure and arrival However my first truck was awesome

When we arrived the only person on the property could not be found. The couple of trucks they had were not clean and ready to go and the tires on one of the trucks looked worn out. Once we found him - at least he was courteous. But I think he needs someone else to help run it - trying to do too much at one time running another business on the property.

There was no one their to check us in. even those it was during regular business hours. Evidently our truck and trailer were not checked in for several days. We did turn them in on Monday afternoon.

The place was all right, and the man who was working there was rather friendly and helpful, but the office area had a strange odor; it smelled strongly of a cross between curry, dirty diapers, and rotting garbage. The smell was disgusting, and it nearly made me sick.

There is no drive through for drop off. No one to assist in the drop off. An excellent place a very short distant away in Linden has an excellent location.

The Person was not ther ewhen we came to pick up the U-Haul. He was down at the corner store that he owns we had to wait for about 10 minutes. The truck readins were incorrect and on the way down to our destination it made a horrible squeeling sounds coming of the freeways and to a stop.

The trailor was rusted with bald tires...the man didn't check to see if the lights worked on the trailor, therefore we had to take it to another location in bellingham to have the wires fixed. I did not recieve a copy of my contract because their printer was broken...I will never use this location again!!!
