Your web site for returning the Equipment. It giving me sich a Terrible time that I ended up locking my truck got charged locking out my car when I got the most expensive insurance didn't even cover. I Well never use U-Haul again this was such a bad experience.LEONEL M.
They didn't have the trailer I had reserved, they were unresponsive to my requests to keep me posted on availability of trailers coming in, ihad to call corporate to have them find a trailer. They found a trailer 4 hours after my reservation started, I had to drive 2 hours round trip to get the trailer. I started loading 6 hours after my planned start. It was not worth the money I spent because I had to spend extra time and money not budgeted. I am very disappointed.DAVID B.

Trailer was not hooked up to the hitch correctly and came off after a small bump was hit, this happened on highway 36 and it could've caused us to go off the road. Thankfully my uncle is experienced in towing trailers and new how to handle the situation. Caused damage to my uncles brand new bumper on his truck.Alisha F.

The only problem we had with the truck was the driver door had to be slammed HARD to get it to close right 2100 miles across country and the truck pulling a car trailer did amazing! My Sister and I had no problems driving it.Dawn A.

The worst part of this whole thing was calling in to make a reservation. My wait was over 12 min. Then she told me I had to speak to someone else for the actual reservation. I called in to the reservation and a cold unfriendly rep. â€œHelpedâ€ me. I needed a car trolly hitch because my daughter's car broke down about 2 hours away from me. The girl agent told me the closest one to me was in Redding Ca, 3 hours away. I asked if she could look at other locations and she said she looked. I asked her to check in Willits Ca and she transferred me to someone else. After another 8 min. Wait, Luckily for me I got a nice guy who said he didnt have a 2 wheel one to tow but had a full car one in my own town! I was so happy that he thought of that alternative because I dont know what I would have done. My kid was on the side of the road and the first female that answered could care less. I am thankful to the second guy that answered. The store guys were great, friendly and helped attach and detach the trailer when done.Diana C.
Possible have the battery checked out. It died on us. We should have been given an extra day due to to fact that we had to drive an extra 6 hrs to get the truck and return to original location .Adam K.

I made equipment reservations a month ahead of time. The night before my departure date I get a call saying my equipment was 400 miles away from where I reserved it to be? Luckily I just happened to be going through Fortuna California otherwise my plans would have been ruined and money spent on motels would have been lost. If a customer reserves a piece of equipment, that equipment should be available for pickup at the location and on the date they reserve it for. Very bad customer service that needs to be corrected.James C.

I made a reservation weeks in advance to secure equipment. The night before I was to move out of state, my reservation was automatically canceled due to the projection that my equipment would not be available. I had to drive 244 miles to get the equipment I needed. Perhaps in the future, plan ahead and secure equipment for customers who make reservations well ahead. Have a small team of U-Haul representatives that can transport equipment to different locations due to projections. Maybe hire a licensed and bonded independent contractor to transport and deliver equipment. Other than that, the move went smooth and the equipment performed as expected.William D.

Review your terrible fuel policy. I drove 42 miles and was charged for 10 gallons of fuel. That is ridiculous. That was a fuel charge of 47.50 that's over a dollar a mile.Maria O.

It was irritating that you allowed me to book one size online then called, the DAY before I needed to move to change the resveration. Additionally, your online portal had the WRONG code for the lock, causing me to want to cancel my reservation. Then, after putting a hold on my credit card for the amount, your company makes me pay AGAIN when I pick up? You're double charging me under the guise that my funds will be released in 3 to 5 days? That is insane and poor and misleading business practices from the simple prompts you see on screen. I DO NOT want to do business with a company like this and hope no one else ever does and that your competeor quickly takes over and creates a much better system. You guys have greatly disturbed my wedding and birthday weekend by your idiocracy. I am so frustrated I want to scream. Thank you, uhaul, for making an already stressful thing about 10 times worse. If you do not have flexible spending, do not waste your time. The number promised to you when signing up is incredibly misleading. You need to read all their contract before you agree to this. I suggest you find a friend or local company and pay them to help you move your things, you come out paying the same price and without wanting to scream.Ashley K.
