It was hard to find the location. There are no signs to show where the store 's location. The rep stated "the city will not allow them to have one."

Straps were broken. Back tire on right hand side was flat. And front tire on left hand side. Tread was coming off and cords were showing. Plus your computer system. Took over an hour to process me.

This survey entirely avoids the problems you have in the leasing process. This is an area in which you have the most problems and create the most customer dissatisfaction. So my recommendation is that you create a survey that is focused on the customer experience in trying to arrange for equipment rental.

My Uhaul was not clean inside or out. The truck had alot of damage on it. I always rent from Uhaul. I will continue to. BUT never again will I use this location. I'll need a Uhaul again in about a mouth. I will rent from Uhaul but again.. Not from this location.

My initial reserved location (riverside dr) gave my rental to someone else. My reservation was done a month in advance and it was confirmed that my rental was ready and available. I was sent to Air Park storage and the lady there was great. Took care of everything and got me on my way.

I brought back the truck half full of gas and they did not reimburse me for the gas. I gave uhaul the pick up and destination and they said I declined to go through Blairs and charged me for extra mileage. They never talked to me about my route and I never declined anything. I still have all my text messages and the only email I received was the confirmation of my rental. I am not happy!!!!

Clean low mileage truck, everything related to the rental and pick up went very smoothly.

Rented a 6 X 12 trailer and was not offered any assistance other than verbal in hooking up to trailer. Trailer did not have a trailer jack used to raise the tongue and position it over trailer ball. I can understand why is didn't have a jack due to probably that most get torn off, but I needed help that was not available.I found the online reservation website very difficult to navigate and understand the availability of equipment. The online site should be update to more accurately keep up with location of U-Haul's inventory. Had to drive to three different locations and still did not locate the size unit I wanted. One tire was low on air pressure and deflated again during trip. Not a good experience at all.

no service. had trouble with connecting the only person was an office person that was not trained or knowledgeable about the equipment. The wiring for the trailer was also damaged. No one checked nor fixed it before we left. Discovered this after dark

I had reserved online, and added 20 furniture pads, when I arrived I was informed that the location had no pads... with no remorse or care. I thought that sucked! So I would not recommend this location.

First, I could not find the location. Second, I reserved a trailer & they had rented out the day before and was expecting the renter to return it by 8 am (my pick up time). The representative apologized for the mistake. He was so polite & helpful. He was very determined to help us. He was able to speak with someone & they were able to work out a contract with us. Finally, things worked out for us.

The representative was the absolute best! I called him and asked if he could please wait for me to arrive as I was coming from and hour away, making it about 30 minutes later arriving to his facility, and he said yes. When you care about your customers things like this are really grand. We will definitely be recommending this location to our partners.

I was missed informed about getting a refund and the location to return was put in wrong. Uhaul in Pineville,NC refuses to take the trailer because it listed Fort Mill,SC as destination that I was going to. Finally got Uhaul dealer on 521 Indian Land to take it back.

was suppose to get truck in pinehurst nc so we only had to pay for 1 way. DID NOT HAPPEN. was charged for 2 ways because no truck available there after being told would have one. Got truck and had no air conditioning, no defrost and bad windshied wipers. Felt we were overcharged due to these issues. Have use your trucks before and have always had good experiences before. Will check other places next time before using uhaul.

The facility really needs to have a restroom facility for the use of customers; the Airpark facility is quite good and the people were very helpful. The absence of a restroom on site was a big hassle--had to drive to a fast food joint half a mile away.

Would like to know why my bill for truck was so high? Rented the $19.95 truck for two days, the next day was July 4th and the place was closed. My milage was for 50 miles, i was over by 19 miles. I uunderstand about the extra cost for miles, but I payed $100.00 up front than charged another $101.00 more. I didn't get a receipt for extra charges. It was raining and the truck roof leaked, my sofa was soaked as was the boxes and other belongings. I have always rented from U Haul on Riverside Dr and never had problems before now, but they didn't have any trucks to rent even tho their lot was full. I would like it if you would check this out and reply to my comment. Thank You Cynthia G. Jones
