The fuel gas was middle 3/8 and 1/4 , not 5/8 so, you charged me $21.60 for gas and also my reservation location was Desoto Ave close to my home just 1 mile away but today when i went to location was close and I should go to Reseda blw , so i went 4.6 miles go and back the total it's 9 miles extra and forget about my waste time , around 1 hour Anyways please check my bill and correct me Thank you

Spent half an hour attempting to return the rental via the app, but images refused to submit. Spent a further 20 minutes attempting to get in touch with customer service over the phone to no avail. the uhaul android app is awful. Thankfully the online form was usable.

Shady character waiting by gate. Volunteered information that the U-haul key wasn't in lock box. I asked how he knew and he and got defensive and said he didn't work there. Continued to lead us around and around trying to deter us from taking the U-haul that we had a reservation for. This company should not be a U-haul location and U-haul need to do a better job in managing where trucks are located and who they are being held by. There was nothing but shady-ness at this location and it isn't safe. Location office was also closed and no-one present. Even though I had a reservation and time of pick up. U-haul needs to do better for their customers. Not happy at all with my pick up experience.

The location is at the back of a auto repair shop. He said he called and left message that drop was in the back but I didn't hear that. Also whenever I tried to call the drop off number it would roll into haul message center and did not have time to wade through all that .

I had a feeling I was unwelcome or I a problem in the routine of the office. I arrived 15 minutes early, no one was in the office, lights were off. No notice that the individual would be returning. When the staff member did return I was on my cell to U-Haul. Staff member told me the truck was not there but is on it's way. Then I was told I was scheduled to pick-up at 4pm, not 2pm. Then I was told the truck was there and was asked for my driver's license and cc. When I received the key I went out back and had to open the gate to the truck lot.

Office was closed. phone assistance would have been more beneficial if I would have called the DMV. I never received my truck, I asked to have my reservation cancelled - which it was not - and I was charged as if I had driven and used the truck. Still waiting for refund. Miserable excuse of a company and service.

Other than the truck being dirty, I have no issues with my pick up location. But the after-hours return procedures are pretty onerous. I didn't realize that I needed to note the miles until after I dropped the keys through the door. And there's all the photos to indicate where the truck is, etc, etc. I felt like I was a U-Haul employee for an hour. It's great that return can be done after hours, but surely the staff can check the miles the next day at least...

Perhaps it's best not to have furniture dollies and pads as an option for renting if the location doesn't even have them. I wasted a 30 min drive to another location which I was told would give them to me only to learn this was NOT the case and they are sent customers from AIG all the time with the same response.

I've rented from 3-4 Uhaul dealers in my neighborhood. I like AIG leasing the best, because the gentleman who runs the operation is fast and efficient. He is not nosy or pushy like some other dealers.

I was scheduled to pick up a 10' truck to go and pick up a piece of furniture that I had purchased. When I get there the lady who runs the rental process was cleaning her store and did not even acknowledge that I walked in the door. When I asked about my reservation she said we only have a 15' truck and that I would be charged the increased rate. Then she wanted all this personal information about my nearest relative that she had to call first before I got the keys. I was furious. She was rude and made me late to my appointment that day. I told her to cancel my reservation and she said she would take care of it later!!! I told her to do it now so that I could find another place to rent a truck for my needs. My deposit still has not come off my bank account for this crappy place and I am once again furious! I would never recommend this facility for ANYTHING! I have rented many trucks from Uhaul in the past 10 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had!

The gate to the lot was locked after hours, even though the same morning the owner assured me I could drop off after hours. I parked the vehicle outside the lot, and had to jump the gate to be able to leave the key in the drop box.

Renting it served purpose, I went to the store and delivered material I needed. Vehicle needed maintenance, and was not clean. However, the total cost was excellent. So if you can maintain the same cost and improve vehicle service and hygiene, would be good.

The passenger door would not close properly and the passenger door mirror would not stay in position so lane changing was difficult. The truck was dirty inside and out. - I was asked if I wanted insurance coverage which I declined yet I was charged the $14 so now I have to fight the charge. What a headache to do this to your customers.

I had reserved a dolly with the truck, which Stefan did not have. Instead, he gave me two addresses on a notepad (no business names, no contact information, no names of people to ask for, not even a printout) and said to go to the first place and if they didn't have it, to go to the next place. I'm not happy about it but I need the dolly and do not want to be late with moving so I take the addresses and head to the first place (18300 Vanowen Street was the exact address Stefan gave me, he didn'tgive me cities or zip codes). When I get to the first place, I am extremely confused as the businesses at 18300 Vanowen Street are all food businesses (a Popeyes, a taco shop, and a donut shop if I remember correctly). I am frustrated at this point because now I have to use my limited miles to go to a third place (18160 Parthenia Street, per Stefan) to find a dolly that I had reserved. I check my reservation print out and call the number of Stefan's business address (AIG Leasing) and get an automated message from the U-Haul hotline. I am beyond frustrated and panicking now because I feel like I have been had. I go to the second place and am relieved to see it is an official U-Haul business. I park and tell them that Stefan sent me to pick up a dolly. The employee I talked to tells me that they don't know anything about me picking up a dolly and that no one told them I needed one. I panic again and tell employee it's not his fault but I really need this dolly and show him my reservation print out. The employees at this address we very helpful and understanding, gave me a dolly, and helped me buy the correct lock for the truck I rented. If it wasn't for them, I would probably never rent from U-Haul again because Stefan did not seem to care that I had to drive to three different places to find a dolly that I had identified I needed prior to, and that he gave me inadequate directions and instructions for finding the dolly. He was late to open the store, quick to get rid of me, talked over me often, and if I didn't ask questions about the rental or truck, I wouldn't know what I was renting. Thankfully the woman I reserved the truck with over the phone a few days prior gave me 20 extra miles because I was a few miles over my original limit of 157 miles (I clocked in exactly at 160 miles), no doubt those few miles were added on due to Stefan sending me on a wild goose chase due to his carelessness and lack of planning.
