The truck cut off while I was driving and it caused and accident because people were maneuvering to prevent hitting me and an eighteen wheeler rammed into the back of them the TVs are broken and bedroom furniture scratched to pieces and the truck ran through gas like the tank had a whole in it

DO NOT LIE on the CONTRACT and let the customer actually review the contract before they leave not just say it will be emailed to you. Thankfully I took a picture of the mileage since you are trying to say I drove over 2000 miles when I actually only drove 105...huge difference especially when you charge by the mile. I was NEVER given the ability to review anything period not even the truck! I was given keys and told where to find the number on the windshield. I also did NOT have 12 moving pads/blankets I had 5 that came in the bag, they have a camera outside the front door and that can be reviewed to see that I am telling the truth!

At the time of pick up on Friday (11am) we were not told a specific time to return the truck on Monday since it was Labor Day and expected all place to be closed. I received a phone from the place asking when the truc would be dropped. I call my son in law that was driving it to the base in Fort Campbell to turn it in now since they were actually open. The truck was already empty since Sunday afternoon. It was 2 hrs late to be turned in and I got charged for a full extra day. I did not expect that. I would have reminded him to make sure to turn it in by 10 am if we were aware of the time that it had to be turned in.

Computer system not working well finally had to make a reservation in able to rent the trailer agent made several times and call for assistance to another location they couldn't help do the system had problems. She was very helpful very courteous.

Dont let a person reserve if it not available at that location they have selected and then wait till its 15 minutes before you are to pick it up and tell you sorry you have to go to another location.

Charges came out of nowhere after returning the truck so I was way over charged. Had to reschedule my reservation twice because they kept renting out the truck I requested. Tried talking with the lady working there when returning the truck so I could see if I was in the spending limit I told her I wanted to be in and she just said you’ll find out when you get emailed the receipt.

I set up my order over the phone and was given a 20% discount. When I went to pick up the trailer, there was no discount. The employee just said sorry there was no discount on there. I was given a less than ready trailer too. The employee hooked the trailer up and I jump into my truck to check the lights. He said said all lights and turn signals are good to go. However once I was loaded up and started my trip I noticed that not all the lights worked. I also noticed that the wire going to the lights was just hanging all over the place on the inside of the trailer. About half way across the country my running lights went out. I only noticed this because I was pulled over by a Tennessee State Trooper. He gave me a warning and let me go. The only good thing about this place was the fact that the manager was friendly enough to give me an extra day at no cost. My family had a set-back in the schedule due to an all night trip to the ER.

MAJOR DEFECTS The 15’ truck I used was clean but it was lacking maintenance. The alignment was way off and the vehicle was pulling to the right the ENTIRE 1,300 mile trip. The steering wheel had so much slack in it I was all over the road trying to keep it in between the lines even at 55MPH. I’m a desiel mechanic and can tell that the truck needs new tie rod ends and an alignment with just a visual inspection I did half way through my trip. MINOR DEFECTS Also the driver side door wouldn’t shut all the way without slamming it. The passenger side door pins need to be greased. It creeks very loudly when opening and closing. HIGHLY unsafe!!! Please do not let another customer rent that specific vehicle without preforming the proper repairs and preforming a thorough Preventative maintenance checks and services. Again I cannot stress enough how unsafe that vehicle was. Especially during the extremely high wind areas.

The drop off location was convenient and easy to find; my only comment is that users should be made more aware of how to use the 24 hour drop off. I didn't see the notice until the next morning while I was waiting for the store to open which delayed my departure time by almost three hours.

Its very dark in the building . the girl was going to charge me for trucj being returned and i returned it on time! She had to hand write my reciept she said no way to print it .when i dropped the dolly off there was a sign on the door saying they were closedfor the rest of the day , then she came in and said she overslept .i couldn't believe how unprofessional this place was !!! No way would i ever return there .

The truck was dirty, the door didn’t shut properly, the brake line was hanging loose, the car trailer had a huge hole in it. It seemed like the saleswoman was just trying to rush me out of there so I didn’t inspect the equipment.

I was not pleased that I was charged for the gas when it was real close to the mark,and I was charged for one mile... I think that it should be taken into consideration,if the customer is moving from one state to another state,it would be nice if unlimited miles was available for that purchase because extra usage of miles may occur during unexpected circumstances.

I initially went to the drop off location listed above as the location in which I wanted to rent my uhaul. Because fort Campbell sits on the borders of Clarksville, TN and Oak Grove, KY I went in to this location with the understanding that I would be picking my truck up from them. I was notified that I would have to pick my truck up in a separate location. This was troubling as the total distance I was moving was less than 30 miles round trip from Clarksville to Fort Campbell. I was charged a one was trip rate which was I was never told or explained. I went in thinking I was renting for a date of $39 a day for the 26’. Instead I paid over well over $140. I am very disappointed with uhaul and will not be recommending this location or uhaul to anyone nor will I ever be using your service. I honestly felt taken advantage of and left thinking that this company is only after the profit, not helping the customer.

The truck performed 100% and the staff was excellent. Just a heads up though the truck seemed to run a bit rough so it’s probably gonna need to see a shop in the near future. That’s just the mechanic side talking. (Idle was rough) That was no issue though and I rate excellent.

Overall great experience! I would recommend to anybody. I did not have a lot of time to sit around and wait, I was in and out in no time. Thank you for the amazing uhaul experience!

Have the truck filled with gas. Also don't charge somebody when they put more gas in it when they returned. The whole process at this shop was garbage. I received the truck with less than an 1/8 of fuel. I drove 39 miles and put fuel in to put it above 1/8, yet was charged almost $50 for fuel.
