When I return the truck the employee who work there didn’t help to return.Ask to use online return and online did not work for took pictures. Morning employee help me and finalize the return .

The billing process is not good. I am still unsure of the total charges. I had the uhaul for three days and I have seven different charges to my card. I was quoted 36 dollars a day plus mileage. 36 times 3 is $108.00. Drove about 100 miles at .69 a mile is $69.00. So my bill should have been around $177.00 maybe a few more bucks for tax. So far I have been charged over $270.00. Where is the other $100.00 and something dollars coming from.

I was 30 minutes late for my reservation due to unforeseen problem prior to reservation. Upon arrival at Uhaul the agent was very rude and reprimanded me for being late. I stated I did not appreciate his attitude and poor customer service I would gladly rent at another location. He calmed down somewhat. I will vow to never use Uhaul company again as it is obvious the company does not care about the type of people that represent the company.

I ordered a utility dolly and an appliance dolly along with the 17' truck. I got the truck with after hours lockbox so I could start at 7:00 am. I got to my home and there was no utility dolly nor appliance dolly and the back of the truck was dirty. I had to call customer service and directed me to anorexic location. That location was 5.4 miles away. So I was charged with an additional 11 miles of drive time and I didn't get started until about 9:00 am.

Despite the fact they didn't have Appliance dolly day before my rental I ask to bring it for the next day. Their answer was "Not Likely,you have to get it from Main office of U haul". About 5 miles out of my way. When I picked up track - Dolly was here. Surprise! Good Customer service, no pressure to buy extra service. Will use this location again. Thanks.

I was forced at the last minutes to give a "friends" phone number to the cashier for some security bullshit. After a credit card and divers licenses check and I have to give a friend number up or no rental! In my thirty years of doing business I never had this happen.......NO FRIENDS NUMBER SHOULD BE NEEDED FOR A LOCAL MOVE OR EVER AFTER TWO FORMS OF ID..NEVER AGAIN!

While the self-checkout/walkaround at pick-up and check-in when dropping off are "convenient", not so much when having to look at tiny little print and pics on the phone. I chose this location because it has personnel there. The staff is fine, but very hands off when it comes to the UHaul portion. I would rather have known in advance that all would be done through the app or phone and would have been better prepared with timing, downloads, and magnifying glasses. Very difficult to confirm state of vehicle from pics on a phone.

Make the pick up process easier!! It took us a half hour to pick up the uhaul because of all the steps and the whole process. Offer for someone to do the reference, account set up, etc. before the pick up. It took a half hour of our time to get it so we really only had 3.5 hours of the 4 hours we had planned. We got it back in time, but the pick up process was not easy!

I had problem with your check-in app when I return the truck at the location I couldn't check-in due to the odometer reading in metric as I had mentioned before we drove with the odometer reading in metric it happened as i was trying to set the trip meter and i couldn't figure out how to reset it back to mph. so, I was trying to put the mileage in metric in the app and it would not take it in metric after trying for over 25 minutes I was getting frustrated and exhausted from the long 1,200 miles trip and unloading the truck I called your phone # for help and got a great young lady who help me complete the check-in I was happy to move on and get some rest. thank you, Geronimo

do a safety check on trailers before renting. My trailer had an underinflated tire (20 psi) and a severely loose wheel bearing. Trailer was unusable. See my record for the total story. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered 2 dollys and 2 utility dollys and there were none in the rental and I did one of the after hour rentals. I was still charged.

The employee was super rude and smelled like alcohol at 9:15am and then at one point went outside smoked a cigarette and did other things but not sure. I had asked for things but never got then was told I ordered this thing but I hadn’t. The van wasn’t swept but was told if I don’t sweep I’ll be charged which I didn’t understand. The truck radio was broken and had to drive 161miles without noise except the engine which didn’t sound great. Brakes were bad and very scary to drive in mountains. Worse experience ever but most expensive service ever. Thank you for nothing at all. I did report you to BBB.

The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and did a great job of inspecting the trailer and connecting it to my vehicle. Plus he was from Denver like me and had Broncos gear on which made me feel at home. Unlike the rest of you tools who should move back to where ever you came from. Have a nice day. GLAW

Hello, I object to the $20 cleaning fee charged to on my recent rental. This truck was absolutely filthy when I received it. Bugs caked on the windshield ashes in the ash tray, filthy floors. My wife and I had to wipe it down twice so we could ride in it. The attendant said he would credit me the moving pads, since I ordered 12 and he only had 6 available. He also said he would credit me the difference insurance. I elected full coverage when I ordered on line, but only collision when I took delivery. I dealt with the filthy truck at delivery because I was in a hurry to meet my moving support, but I’m very upset that after I cleaned the truck to a basic level to ride in it, that I was then charged $20 at the drop off site. Hoping I see the refunded amounts promised. The charge for cleaning was quick to hit my account

The customer service was horrible, they wanted us to sign contracts and pay before inspecting the vehicle, the vehicle had way less gas than he claimed and didnt allow us yo change it.

The people were nice! Only improvement needed was not the fault of this location, but I received a text sending me to 3410 S. Galena and the office was not yet open for business. Spoke to nice security guard.

I’m torn. Ive used this location 5 times prior. The one gentlemen is super nice and customer service oriented. The other however, is very much not. I was 30 minutes late from returning my rental at the return time - and I was still charged an additional day. Although I understand I was late, but I called to notify them and return the truck promptly after communication. When I brought up I shouldn't be charged, he didn’t really care to say the least.

Received an text message from Uhaul stating that I needed to drop off rental truck to 1802 S Havana, Aurora. Spoke with a Tom and he advised me that because my reservation was for 3-days, the vehicle was not checked back in to the system. I advised Tom of what I was told to do and he said he would call the location. Tom called back and said that in order for me to NOT get charged a "Wrong Location Drop-off" Fee - I would need to go pick up the truck and drop it off at his location. I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of what I needed to do so that I could have checked myself in, if I did not need the additional rental days. I was at a dr's appointment, had to pick up meds and then rush across town to pick up the truck and drop it off to the new location which was roughly 11 miles away from each other. Drop-off location (6625 E Evans Ave) should have contacted me, New Drop-off Location could have done a follow-up as well. Instead, if I didn't call -- I would have been charged more and things would have escalated.

This location sells a lot of things in addition to renting UHaul vehicles. It was fine for drop off but not comprehensive as a UHaul specific site.

Both locations failed to give me the details of my contract (the difference between in-town and one-way) when I dropped off at a different location and was told about a “convenience” fee I waited on hold for almost an hour with Uhaul customer service who said I could hook it back up and take it to the previous location, but the location manager refused to hook it back up and I couldn’t because I’m 5 months pregnant. So I was subsequently charged more than double the original price because of extremely poor customer service. I will not be using Uhaul ever again.

Made reservation for pickup truck checked in on my phone- it was not there had to get a cargo van that was VERY inconvienient For me when I reserved a certain truck. Being the new guy Gary was really nice and helpful. (Thank you Gary) There was another guy who kept saying to me when these things happen it is out of our hands tell corperate tell corperate.... it was the worst experience. My suggestion to have two of everything so doesn't happen in the future! You should also put warrants out for theft if they do not call or bring back on time. NOW TELL CORPERATE THAT!!!! AND PUT IT IN YOUR CONTRACT!!!

When we put in a preferred location, it would be nice not having to drive 40 miles to different location in order to get it. if you are not going to use the preferred location at least put on the website the item is not available at this location for this date.
