Really all equipment clean and we'll maintained and the guy who meet us name Recardo was very nice and helpful I will recommend this location if anyone want to rent u-haul . Thank Recardo for help us today I'm glad I came to your shop to rent .

Store was at a run down gas station, even though hours I arrived to drop off trailer were supposedly open, nobody was there, door was locked, and one guy working on a car in the garage sauntered out to the car filled uneven lot, and pointed to a sloped spot telling me to park my trailer there, and walked off with a smirk. I got no help, and in fact fell and skinned my shin while trying to control and maneuver the trailer to the spot he pointed to. I also had a small cut on my finger while disconnecting the trailer. One of the worst experiences I've had in years. I think what you can do, is to literally shut this location down. It is totally tacky, and as i noted, I received no help.

Spent an hour trying to get the uhaul out of the parking spot that it was in on the lot due to the snow packed around it. The staff member warned me that the uhaul didn’t do well in snow Just before I got in the truck. If they know it’s not good in snow, it would be beneficial for them to ensure it is accessible/drivable off the lot before they hand the keys over. This took an hour away from the time I reserved it for. The staff member was very mice, just not happy with how much snow is still in the lot and the challenges it created taking it and returning it. I almost got stuck entering the lot to return it.

The back panel passenger side was hit or something so back door was hard to open and close..and considering that's what I needed to open today my things it was quite disappointing. Door also would not properly shut on the van as well. It was also dirty..then upon checking out the online app tried to charge me a $25 cleaning fee. Let's just say I'm beyond disappointed in Uhaul. I was charged $60 and had to fight with the loading doors the entire time and then had to hope it wouldnt pop open during transport -_-

Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Easy rental and check out process. Ps. The surge brakes on the car transport trailer did not work. Perhaps double check the trailers to ensure the brakes work.

Arrived at location sent to me in text (107th Ave). They did not have trailer. Called and was sent to another location. It was closed but trailer was there. Called several times to try to get someone to tell me what to do. Eventually rep wanted me to go 45 minutes away to another location then told me the shop I was at was to open in 10 minutes. I waited and a rep came out saying they had been watching me for 30 minutes outside the window but just didn't come out. The use of these little mom and pop shops that have not idea what is going on is TERRIBLE. Additionally the trailer had no jack on it so whenever hooking up or unhooking it took 2 people minimum, safer with 3. All considered this process was ridiculous, frustrating and time consuming..

The nylon wheel strap on the auto transport trailer was ripped halfway through upon pick up and on small red rear marker light was inop.Not sure if they inspected it prior to pickup.

My reservation got lost by another location, So I was not very happy but this location took great care of me.

The pick-up location was changed the day before I picked up the vehicle. I adjusted my plans, which is not easy in the middle of moving, to accommodate this change. Then after the vehicle was picked up, I received a notification that the drop-off location had been changed to be a different location than where it was picked up from. This was impossible to accommodate because my own vehicle was at the location that the U-Haul truck was picked up from. I tried to call customer support and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then was told that I was being transferred to someone that could help me but was transferred back to the main call menu. I returned the vehicle to the location that I picked it up from without being able to talk with anyone. This was not a good experience. This was poor customer service and communication and the last minute changes were unacceptable.

The van that was reserved for me had a dead battery. I used the 24 hour service as the pick up location was closed. So I was on the phone for an hour just trying to get to someone who could help. I eventually canceled the reservation with the advice of customer service and was told I wouldn't be charged. I disputed the charges, and I am still being charged for the service that I wasn't able to use. Hold time: Poor. Quality of Service: Poor. Communication: Poor.

The representative at this location was great! We arrived before our pickup time and was afraid they wouldn’t be open yet, but she was there especially for us! We had everything we needed and the truck did just fine for our in-town move. Thanks to Affordable Auto Repair for their fantastic customer service!

Only one person could answer questions or take payment. When we picked up, that person wasn’t even there. No one helped with pickup and didn’t offer. Trailers parked on an incline making it hard for one person to hook up.

The truck was clean and fueled, although I rented the vehicle to drive across four states - and there was no washer fluid at all in the windshield washer tank...I had to stop and purchase this on my way. I am not certain if this is the PU locations responsibility or not.

When I arrived at 8am the time I had reserved for online based on posted hours, they were closed until 8:30 am. When they opened the clerk said she didn't have a truck for me because her manager didn't bring her all the trucks she needed. I informed her there was a truck like I reserved outside and had to show her my reservation on her own computer.... she said she guessed she just give me that one, REALLY???? I had reserved it, if someone else came in behind me they probably didn't get their truck sadly. The truck had a dirty tissue in the cup holder, the back had some dirt in it. I have always used this location and will no longer do so!!

I have rented from this location several times and this will be the last time that I do. I have had many issues working with this place. This last experience the guy who came to open the shop showed up 30 minutes late. Costing me time and making me late to work.

Even though I had a reservation for 8:00 in the morning made weeks in advance, I had received a phone call at 9:00 the night before telling me that the location and vehicle had suddenly changed. The lady gave me the name of an auto shop that Google didn't recognize so I couldn't even find it. Once I finally found the place there wasn't an employee that showed up until 8:40. Clearly, whoever closed the store the night before forgot to lock up because the door was open when I arrived. I talked to another customer who also had made reservations for 8:00 and had been waiting for the better part of an hour to get their vehicle. Just before 9:00 (an hour after my vehicle was supposed to be ready), the girlfriend of an employee showed up. From there, it took several calls to her boyfriend to get logged into their computer system. My rental was paid for, my license and info had been filled out weeks in advance, yet the "employee" somehow lost everything and spent another 20 minutes redoing everything. Once I finally got my rental, it was completely covered in snow and ice, and even though I paid extra for the dolly, they forgot to add that too. The tank was less then half full. After a long and stressful day of moving from the third level of my old apartment to a third story condo, the only thing I wanted to do was return the truck so I could take a nap. Unfortunately, I had to spend another 45 minutes waiting inside the freezing lobby of the U-haul place, while the girlfriend and employee tried to access my account. Needless to say, they couldn't figure it out and ended up having me write down my email address so they could send my payment info over. They never sent me anything afterwards. I know that moving is stressful even in the best circumstances, but this was the worst example of incompetence and disregard for professionalism I have ever had this displeasure of being a part of. I felt like I was on the short end of some sort of cruel prank. Frankly this was embarrassing and inexcusable. I hope whoever reads this takes some sort of action, because it probably won't come as any surprise that I will not support a company that disregards its customers needs so recklessly. I feel like the most accurate rating I could give would be zero stars...if only that was an option.
