Location was fine and the staff was very personable. There was an issue with the wiring on the trailer which was very annoying. This is the reason I stated the equipment was not maintained. It was however clean.

I didn't appreciate being charged for another day. I don't think that's ever happened before. I had put six hours when I reserved but just as a placeholder because it didn't matter. We had the truck for about 8.5 hours. I was too tired to call them about it though

AVOID!!! Their negligence and heartless people cost me an ATTACK from their UNLEASHED guard dogs. I dropped off my truck as scheduled and the dogs surrounded me viciously growling and barking when I was out of the truck. No one came to help despite the business sign saying open and cars at the residence! Disgusting and wholly irresponsibly to run a business with unleashed aggressive dogs. I made complaints to the appropriate outlets and they completely deserve to lose their license as a uhual business!!!

Office did not have key in the lock like they told me for early pickup and caused delay. Also, the animals stunk the place up and I know they can't smell it, but it was bad and they moved slow!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had to cancel once and reschedule. They were very accommodating. Location was perfect for us.

Sign on the door said open until 6:00pm, google said 5:00pm, sign on the door said “Open”, we walked right in the unlocked office and a little sign said closed. As we looked around, we saw a dead mouse on the floor covered in blood. Very unhealthy and unsanitary. I will be following up with department of health regarding the conditions not meeting regulations during COVID-19.
