Great customer service. Supplies on hand and ready. Trailer was older, but very well maintained, and it towed beautifully. No leaks at all in a torrential downpour. Doors closed perfectly and latched securely.

Why is it when I want a smaller truck, I am told that only the one for 29.99 is available when there are usually 2 trucks sitting right there all day?

Running light were out. Only 1 head light . Got pulled over twice by the police for faulty lights. All within 15 min apart. First stop was oak harbor police. Then 10 min later was highway patrol . The truck was running rough. We paid almost 400$ and had trouble with it from the start

This by far was the worst. From beginning to end, it was terrible. Customer service was horrible. Whenever you call the rental/pick up line, every person I talked to seemed to have something better to do and made me feel like I wasn’t worth the time to help. Even the pick up location had bad service. The receptionist, was having some tech issues. And because of that, she felt that it would be ok to not only by using a cuss word every other word but also talking about how bad the uhaul technology is. The drop off was ok, nothing that stood out but definitely nothing positive to say either.

First of all, the name on the receipt is NOT who rented this vehicle! I have said that multiple times now. Secondly, I did express checkout over the computer because I knew we would be in a hurry yet it STILL took over 30 minutes to get on the road!! I did not request furniture pads yet I was CHARGED FOR THEM! Overall this has been THE MOST unorganized, non-safe, most expensive way to clear out my deceased relative's home I HAVE EVER IMAGINED UHAUL WOULD BE!!!!

Forgot to give us blankets, and then added 30 miles to my trip due to equipment not being available on hand but then I had to pay for the gas regarding those miles even though the attendant said it was fine to leave it lower due to the inconvience.

It was a very easy process. The staff was nice. The place was clean and easy to find. We didn't have any issues. Taking pictures at turn in was new for me but wasn't too difficult to do. The step by step was simple and easy to use. When I thought that I'd need an extra day and called your number the operator was nice and professional. She was friendly and made the phone call a nice call. Scary I know but I was in a better mood when I hung up.

You advertised that the truck is $20 a day, but I ended up actually paying almost $300. Please advertise a more realistic price. And then the truck died twice on the way to my destination, and I had to pull over and restart the engine. Then the light in the back of the truck was broken. AND no one answered the phone when I got to the equipment drop-off and I had to leave the truck there. You may have even charged me extra for that and I don't even know because the actual price was already 10x higher than the actual price. AND I paid $35 in gas to get to my destination, but I think you STILL charged me extra for not putting enough in it. Dont make the tank filled to 5/16ths of a tank, please require it to be full.

Reserved 27ft truck two wks prior to move and on day of move no truck. Had to move nearly 2k sq ft house with17’ truck making numerous trip doubling our fee for truck and hired movers. If you weren’t such a monopoly, I would never do business with uhaul again.

Better education on the need to get an App in order to check out a truck without a person being on site. I suppose I should have known that an app was needed...but I spoke to several people and that was never mentioned. Plus the location of the pick up was changed from my original reservation, so I had to travel further to get the truck adding time and mileage. This notification only came in the form of a second reservation confirmation. If I did not read the details carefully, I would have gone to the original location on a stressful moving day when timing is crucial. It would have been better customer service to get an email or phone call explaining that the location had changed and the new location had different open hours. Plus when i called to make sure I had the correct information after getting two different confirmation locations - and asked why my time had changed from 8 am as requested to 9 am, the representative said that was just the way it was and that the second location could not support a check in without a person being on site. That information was later changed when I spoke to another person later that day. I was frustrated with this uhaul experience.

Left location after paying and expecting to have the truck for two days. Was called after I left and told to have the truck back by 10 AM the next morning. Guess I will move my family when It is convenient to U-haul. Horrible communication and horrible service!

When people request a location for pick up and you let them finish under the impression that they are able to get at location of their choosing then they get a phone call telling them that they have to go almost an hour out of there way to pick up the equipment. Then they aren’t allowed to drop off at original drop off location they have to go yet again another almost hour out of their way to drop it off. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you guys are going to keep operating you should at least offer a discount for inconvincing them

I ordered a trailer and checked in online. It was not easily apparent to me that a 2-inch hitch ball was required. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, the attendant was a bit abrupt on a Monday morning.
