very disappointing! First pick up location was 13 mi in the wrong direction. Truck was on empty with a gas station directly across the street. was shown where the dolly was located. when I returned to pick up the dolly there was nobody there to assist with hooking it up and loading my vehicle. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately I first traveled to the Bardstown rd then to the Preston highway locations with out checking or making reservations. After not having the item at either I instantly made a reservation via the call center only to be told the item I wanted was at the Outer loop location. I traveled there to be told that they DID NOT have it there...... From there I was finally sent to Dixie highway. After finally getting the item I was told that this location was closed on Sunday and to just bring the dolly back in Sunday and see if a empty U-HAUL truck was on there lot and to place the dolly in the back. That seemed odd to me considering any one could come behind me and take it back out. So I waited to return it Monday which I sure I was billed for another day. I burnt more gas in my van traveling around especially considering I live in the east part of town.

I’ve had good experiences with the location in the past but I was supposed to be able to do a virtual pickup at 8 am yesterday. This did not happen and I got a notification through the app that I would not be able to do this. But as I had planned on getting it at 8 I had movers schedules at 9. By the time I was delayed in even being allowed to pick the truck up til 9 and then there was no urgency in working through the people in front of me so it was 930 by the time I got to leave with the truck so I lost almost 20% of my time with paid movers due to this.

Put ramps on your 19.00 trucks cause I hit my knee on the hitch an got hurt bad plus hard to put heavy things on an off without a ramp to walk up an down

The reservation was a MESS. I reserved online. It was VERY easy and the reservation said to go to a specific address. I went there, but they said they had 4 reservations for 2 car haulers. The location called U-haul and they said to go to another location. I wasted at least an hour driving to 2 locations.

My only complaint is that I payed $7.00 for a moving dolly that was NOT in the truck. The online rental service was very convenient and easy to use.

Have your employees inform the customer if you don’t return at the location that you rented it from that you will be charged an additional 229$ for out of town use. I would not recommend them to no one!!!!

Waited 2 hours for equipment to get there. UHaul over charged me $40.00 from the start on the rate of the truck. Didn’t have a 20 ft, give me a 26 foot.. that got 6.4 miles per gallon. Uhaul give me a 50.00 refund after charging me another $5.08 on miles plus .30 tax so over charged $40.00 from the start & also charged $5.38 on miles.. how was any “credit shown” $4. & some change.. sad

Got a 4 x 8 trailer to transport a lawn tractor to Michigan one way for the daughter but it was too small. Went back next day and dealer got me a 6 x 12 for the same price. Fantastic job and many thanks !!!

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The location was not where I expected, but was easy to find. Shane met me later on that afternoon to hook up the car trailer since the shop closed earlier than when I could get back for the car trailer.

Shane was our rep and he was so helpful through the entire process. I was able to reach him right away a few times with issues I ran into at drop off and pick up of the truck. I am pregnant and this move was very stressful but Shane made it so smooth for us!

I would never use this place again!!! Terrible customer service!!!! I arrived at the pick up location @8:50 the customer service representative was not there. My reservation was for 9:00 they were not open at 9 and I did not get the truck til 11:00 which was a total inconveince. No one apologized or compensated me for their tardiness. The customer rep was actually really rude!!! Also when I reserved online I was quoted a totally different price than the price given once I arrived at the pick up location. The truck needed to be serviced there was all kinds of warning notices flashing on the dashboard. Definitely will not use this location ever again!!!!!!

I tried to rent a trailer online, your system said my truck was too old. It's a 99 Dodge ram 3/4 ton with a Cummins. You need to fix your system this truck will be hauling for 30 more years. Your system has no need to worry about the age of something hauling a trailer. Remove it!!!!! I had to go have the local shop to set up the rental over being able to do it online. If that's the case what was the point in the age rule. Again remove it!!!!!!

I kept trying to tell the 800 personnel I wanted this location but they kept telling me another Louisville location. It was a hassle. Apparently they only show three Louisville locations but not the suburbs which this was.

I left the truck gas tank full and I was charge $16 in gas, when I was refilling the truck the gas pump star going off so I pulled the nozzle out and try to put more gas in it I did it for 4 times then I decide to stop doing it because is a safety hazard, when I park the truck I took a look at the gas gauge and the needle was almost over the full mark, it needed one 1/16'' to totally be over the full tank mark.

The drop off location was closed at time if drop off. So I called UHaul to let them know where I was dropping the truck off, my mileage andvti inform that I had filled the truck full of gas and received at 3/4 and there was no paperwork to leave with the keys. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I gave him the mileage and took a picture as well.

This truck had something on window in driver view. Windshield wipers were horrible, truck had trash in it and the suspension/ brake system seemed in need of attention. I called immediately upon my return and advised of my returning the truck not being mopped out do too the unacceptable way it was picked up. I was highly disappointed this time in my truck rental, But not the place. The muffler shop has always been easy to deal with and great people.

Didn't understand the Ez fuel cost. I was charged $16, but also put gas in the truck which put it more full than when I picked it up.

I've rented here before and another location (last year). Next year I will go back to the prior location. This place is so dirty and grimy, the guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing, and shouldn't be working with the public. He should be in the garage, not at the counter. I had filled in all the information to make my transaction quick and easy and it was anything BUT that. He immediately got on the phone to call u-haul and basically wanted them to do it for him. He couldn't print the contract, so I left with no papers at all. I'm sure this place is okay as a muffler shop, but not as a u-haul rental.

I reserved a truck well in advance @ UHAUL Moving and Storage on Bardstown Road. The day before I was scheduled to pick up the rental UHAUL called and said my truck would not be available, so I was sent to the Affordable Muffler location. Location and hours of operation was very inconvenient. The "rental guy" didn't show up for 20-30 minutes after the time the truck was supposed to be available. This put us way behind with our move.

Why are there additional charges of 9.38 (&) $ 13.13 charged to my account??? I was not 39 miles over the allotted !!! Gas was at 1/4 & 1/2 just like when I picked them up.......?? I waited over 30 minutes for the vehicle to come in & then another 15 minutes for that renter to get his stuff out of the vehicle/ I would like a response about the additional charges also
