The owner went out of his way to help me when I left my keys to my home on thr uhaul key ring. He made sure I got them after closing and saved the day. A true Americn hero!

estefani neriaWe dropped off after hours and very hard to find. No sign and back behind other buildings. The business was late in notifying our return so I get a call that we were 4 hrs late returning it! Finally got resolved but this was the first time I’ve ever had a problem!

Jonathan SimsThe truck was disgusting when I picked it up. It even had a dirty hoodie from the previous renter still in the truck. At least I assume from the previous renter. The truck was just overall nasty.
Logan CollierTook nearly an hour after getting to the location to get verified in order to take the truck. Even after texting my additional contact to verify it, with it saying "it would only take a few minutes" for them to receive a call it took 40 minutes. And there were no answers on the online customer service chat that I had been attempting to get someone on to help us make it go quicker. Don't do the self pick up, ever.

THOMAS ZENZENFirst off, when you promote that you reserve an item or you get 50 dollars how does that apply when you reserve something then get sent to 4 other locations until you can get the equipment you asked for? I called and no answers, I was called and told to go somewhere else I was told I got miles and didn’t. The truck itself had handling issue an was not what was advertised, the trailers straps had me in fear of my car someone off. And when I needed roadside assistance I was ignored twice until someone picked up abs told me they couldn’t help me and then ignored again? If I can help if I’ll never go through Uhaul again as long as I live.

Murray BurrierA tremendous debt of gratitude to Jim Craig who upon our return of the truck we rented helped us get our outrageous overcharge refunded. We explained what happened at pick up and he immediately made a call and he and the helpful staff on the phone filed a complaint for us. The next day we received a call stating the original quote would be honored and that we will be receiving a refund.

Connie FrenchWhen we arrived to pick up the Uhaul they said their computer systems were down & we couldn’t pick up the Uhaul. After going back & forth & trying to get it we were told to go ahead & keep the Uhaul until the following morning due to the trouble at pickup. We were supposed to return it that evening but due to the personnel stating that we just kept it overnight & returned it the following morning as advised. I just received my receipt & I was billed more for keeping it. We were done with the truck that evening but since we were told not to worry about the drop off until the morning we went to bed & returned it when told. I will not use the service again.
Dakota BrisseyAssistant manager Chris was great. Really helpful and personable. Unfortunately another guy seemed to be in a hurry because it was later in the day (I just got off work). He offered to hook up the trailer. He didn’t pay attention and hit my brand new truck with the trailer causing over $2000 in damages. Yes the insurance paid the damage but it was evident that had he slowed down and waited for help this wouldn’t have happened. Really sucks to have your brand new vehicle damaged like that. Plus the inconvenience of having to take off work to get it fixed. Like I said though… Chris was awesome. Good guy.

Shari CarlsonThe truck was dirty, especially on the inside, including the cab and the cargo area. There were used gloves on the dash, nails in the floorboard, and dirt on the seats, and in the cargo area, there was dirt and trash, including cigarette butts.
John GilbrethVery small with very little parking area. I dropped off after closing but it was a difficult place to drop off. Not sure why my drop off wasn’t at the big U-haul facility about 5 miles from this place.

Kenneth DaVaultOwner completely scammed us. Don’t rent here. My wife and I rented online and selected no insurance. When we went to pick up the truck the owner of the business said “no extra insurance, just the basic?”, which I thought was a confusing question since we selected none so I stated that I did not want any extra insurance. We were then billed by U-Haul for insurance and when we pointed out that we selected no additional insurance online they called the owner and he “confirmed” to them that we asked for basic coverage to be added at the time of pick up. Completely dishonest as best and a flat out lie and scam at worst. Lots of places to rent a truck, go someone less shady and dishonest.

Randal RankinThe online return for after hours is possibly the worse thing I have every done on a company app. And then when I held on the phone for 45 minutes I was told it would cost me 20.00 for them to help me. Not sure i will use UHaul again for this simple reason. Would be willing to discuss. Thanks for your time on this matter.

Rebecca StephensI canceled my rental...that didnt stop the guy at the pickup location from renting the trailer out in my name, at least they didnt get to use my credit card. CHECK ID'S FOR EQUIPMENT PICKUP
Aaron CannonThe issue was with the after hour pick process as opposed to the location itself. The instructions for the 24/7 pickup direct you to the Uhaul website, the process failed when attempting to get my location. I spent approximately 45 minutes on two calls (one of which was dropped on a transfer) trying to get access to the vehicle while waiting outside in the cold. I self resolved the process when looked to see if there was an app (there was, downloaded it and used it to successfully obtain the lock box code. The whole problem was easily avoidable had the instructions directed me to the app in the first place. As a secondary matter I was charged a 14% "Rental Tax", however, a lookup of applicable tax rates indicates no such rate and likely should only be 10% for short term vehicle rental.

shannon PITTMANI would never recommend this location. I reserved the truck for 4 hrs and the rental location modified the reservation and changed back to just 2.5 hrs and charged for 2 rental periods and added insurance without my consent. They loot you like anything and doesnt care respond to customer questions
