BRETT WDebbie charged me an extra day when I only used the Uhaul for 2 hours and returned it right away with more gas than before . Really lame customer service.

Israel SGas was at 34 miles to empty when I picked up and I returned it with 45 miles to empty yet I was charged over 50 dollars for gas. How was that fair?!! Truck was filthy, I had to sweep out before putting anything in it and could barely see out the windshield. Inside was grimy, I felt gross just touching the steering wheel. Lady inside with blonde hair was super nice though.

Neal NCould hardly see out of the windshield because of the film. The drivers mirror was almost useless due to the dirt. Otherwise okay. Perhaps the pickup was just returned from a construction site. Allison was pleasant to do business with.

Daniel OThe website to check back in after hours is difficult due to dropping off after dark alone and not able to take time to take pictures in the dark while maintaining safety with people driving around in the storage facility. I did not feel safe sticking around to try and fill out the whole drop off online information with pictures and it kept coming up with errors which was making it take much to long to stand around in a dark parking lot.
Tammy KTruck was very dirty and the check engine light was on the entire time I used it. I had to clean the windows several times to get all the dirt and whatever off them to drive safely.

Jose BI rented a pick up truck. The truck had a flat front passenger tire, I noticed once I got to my destination. Allison at Advantage Storage of Buckeye was very sweet and showed concern when I called her to let her know about the tire. Upon my return to return the truck, the other lady who took my return was as well very sweet and showed concern when I told her about the tire. Despite the truck have an extremely flat tire, I would come back to Advantage storage of Buckeye for my u-haul needs. The customer service was great!

ronny mI ordered a truck with the furniture dolly and regular dolly and didnt receive either one but still was charged for them. I had also ordered it for 6am and to pick up as a mobile pick up. It was difficult to pick up. I have called to get a credit and cant get anyone to call me back. Definitely wont use Uhaul in the future.
