The only issue I have is with U HALL I had a 15 footer reserved and at the last minute U HALL pulled my 15 foot truck and gave me a 26 foot truck this is the second time U HALL has done this to me . this time it cost me much more in gass .

I would never recommend anyone to doing online rentals. We sat at pick up location for almost an hour trying to pick up truck. They charged us two whole days when we didn't have it for two whole days. I will never use this online system ever again!!!

Tell Uhaul to make sure tires are not baled and brakes are not wore out. I did send pictures

Gas tank was not full and we were told to bring it back with the fuel gauge where we found it. We took a picture of it and brought it back the same but we were still charged for fuel and we did not purchase insurance but we were still charged for it. We were over charged $31.00 and have sent an email about it with no response in over a week.

Re-vamp checking in process, very frustrating. It was difficult to send photos of ID when the internet at pick up location was not working. Spent over 30 minutes trying to upload photo of ID

No one was there. The outside was less than desirable. On line drop off was near impossible due to cell phone connectability (no Wi-Fi, no towers nearby, no service)
