wish the operator helping us knew we could have returned the truck to another location closer to us they said we had to return the to the same location as rented. ended up costing us both a day off work plus 200 in extra charges.tim S.

Pick up time was 9:30. No one was there. When I called the business line it went to someone's cell. Told them I was at the business location and waits. He said well we won't be there for 30 minutes. They didn't show up till 10:45. They were extremely rudejesse B.

The truck was clean. The engine oil light was on and it was not a full tank but it did not effect the use needed. The most important thing for me was that it was ready and available and the staff made changes to lower our bill.Rebecca T.

Never received any paperwork only to find later on they added coverage and other fees I opted out of without consulting me and signing the contract for me without me ever knowingCasey B.
Overall I am very satisfied with my experience here at Advance Towing Solutions. The guy who helped me was extremely quick about getting me on the rode, and was very lax about me being 20 minutes late to drop it off. The only downside was the van, while clean enough inside, wasn't that clean outside and it had several warning on the dash about tire pressure / oil change.Dakota R.

Vehicle was dirty inside, smelled bad. There was damage to the front bumper when doing the pick up inspection of the vehicle. There was also some sort of prescription medication left by someone and was not removed from the vehicle.Adan U.
Someone needs to be available to answer the phone and or check in/out equipment during regular biz hours. I brought my truck back after only using it 6 hours. I wanted to return it early in hopes of discount. No one was available in the locked yard and no one answered phone during biz hours. I had to drive it 10 extra miles bc of this and couldn't return it until the next day.Kimberly F.
The location was a tow yard with little signage. the location manager was very helpful. I indicated this location for drop off, but the online check in wanted me to drop the trailer off about 11 miles away, which would have been a major inconvenience. I contacted this location directly to arrange drop off. the site manager was very helpful.Troy L.

Truck smelled like cigarettes, needed an alignment really badly, and had a CEL. I can't believe I paid 9k for such a neglected vehicle. I have no complaints about the employee, just the quality of equipment.Robin W.

Customer service as non-existant. I had four comments made from the person who gave me the truck. Who are you, I need your drivers license, who is a contact person for you, and then after he drove the truck out of the parking space he said here you go and walked off. No walk around the vehicle to look for existing damage, no comment on how much gas was in the tank and what was required of me. This business is not one that U-Haul should be associted with.Michael K.

I just had to make a phone call to Advanced Towing Solutions and the man got right back to me and gave me the directions for dropping off the trailer. It was frankly harder for me to get the towing ball released from the trailer than it was dropping it. Highly recommended place!Matthew T.

Employee was helpful. The app would not accept pictures so he got his phone and checked the trailer in for me (after hours)Dakoda F.
The gas tank was only 1/4 full and since we were driving to Seattle we had to stop and fill up the gas tank. That added to the 126 miles that were included in the trip. We also weren't given an exact location to return it, we had to call and check ourselves.Nicole N.

Equipment not clean, not in good working order, ( trailer plug in on truck, truck had not been washed, swept, or cleaned.) attendant could not fix plug in problem, tow dolly lights did not work properly. Access to equipment required a 200 mi. round trip to pick up. Enumclaw, Wa. to Ellensburg, Wa. 112 mi. one way over mtn. pass ( Snoqualmie) Equipment was ordered 3 wks. In advance of move but was not available at Enumclaw outlet ( Enumclaw self storage) Truck blew axle seal in St. Joseph, Mo. roadside assistant could not fix, but filled differential with oil to get us going. Axle seal leaked most of fluid out in 50 mi. and were forced to get motel in Concordia, Mo. to wait for tow truck to take us back to KC Mo. for repairs. 70 mi. Cost us extra gas and time.Larry N.

On the uhaul share app used for self return of equipment the first step it tells you to take is drop the keys in the box had I done that I would not have been able to do all the other steps such as photo of mileage and of the interior of the van. But the experience was great!Russ B.
