Larry P.I returned the truck clean and in time. They slapped me a $25 cleaning fee. Please refund that charge. My return time was till 5:30 PM, I reached at 5:03 PM and they had closed already. Luck that I knocked and someone opened and took the keys. There was no key drop provision. The employees clearly said, they are not part of U-Haul, they are just workers for the owner of store location and showed disassociation with U-Haul!!

John L.Need another truck at the advance soil and garden supply so there are to truck I am planing on getting the truck for two day we need at least 2truck I tight the person who rented ahead of me was going to keep the truck and Xtra day ... but yes it would be nice to have at least 2 truck so their will not be a waiting period
christan A.The older gentleman could barely see or walk, and was just employed there but he managed to take care of business and hook up that 9 x 5 trailer and get me on my way on the hottest day of summer, with no air conditioning at the place of work and in the hot old sun. Amazing.

Super good spot for a U-Haul dealership.....lots of room to hook-up with plenty of trucks & trailers available with secure fencing around to keeps things secure. Yesterday I returned the auto transport trailer, today I hope to have the 20' truck unloaded & returned. Since I am moving here, if needed, it is where I'll go for another rental.

Marcelino H.The truck was STRAIGHT GARBAGE. I drove approx 20 miles, maybe less, and ended up having to put $125 worth of gas in it so the gas gauge would register 7/10 of a tank (what it supposedly was when I rented it out). I tell you what, that truck is either firing on missing cylinders or the darn gas gauge is busted. It drove like crap so it very well could be an engine issue but who knows. I am so angry over this crap. The rental location couldn't be bothered to hear about this issue either. I tried to tell them and their attitude was very dismissive. Then I was told I would be charged $25 more for like 8-10 leaves in the back of the truck plus a bit of condensation on the passenger seat where my cold water bottle was resting. They did loan me a broom to sweep the back however so I could avoid those fees 🙄 so there's that, I suppose. Usually, this location is pretty decent but idk what happened this time. The owners kids (older teens) work there and it could have been them just not knowing how to handle such a situation so I'm not gonna say anything (else) disparaging about them.

David R.The only unpleasant experience was having to deal with U-haul questions and not being able to get quoted until answering them. U-haul should help locations selling their services by better providing their representatives with adequate electronic equipment.

Tod H.THIS LETTER OS FOR U-HAUL NOT THE BUSSMake sure their able to get the U-Haul so they don't lose their job like I did, it's wasn't anyone's fault that was working at that business because he tried everything he could , I stood there for over a hr and because I couldn't get the U-Haul that evening I got fired and not to mention I ended up not needing the U-Haul . I would of made like $5000 for that job. I ended up having to pay U-Haul over half of my deposit.
