I find the new smartphone check truck out app completely annoying and deficient. I spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to check out my truck on my time and the app would not allow me to post a picture of the dirty spots on the truck. I give the company a 'D' or even 'F' .. but the location was very well run.

I originally had a reservation in Palmer Lake. They didn’t have the auto transport, and I wouldn’t have even known if I hadn’t called. I was very disappointed and nervous. Uhaul moved my reservation and I got both my truck and auto transport in Castle Rock and they were great. Very nice and helpful.

Speed up the pick up time via phone. One option could be to offer free Wi-Fi at the location to make the transfer of the photos of the drivers license and other required data a faster experience. Also, create a SHORT video (like 30 seconds) to show what the steps are for vehicle pick up. Then, a person will likely have patience for the many required steps. From my experience, it felt like there was no end in sight. In addition to a video, have a progress bar.

Fix your after hour pickup and after hour dropoff process. Didn't work, huge time waster, held for rep at 10pm for over 30 minutes. If you are doing away with paper make sure it works.

Check out process was really annoying because no one was there to help me Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was a muddy mess. Drop box was confusing because 1 slot for keys which was big enough for someone to use a coat hanger and steal them out of, and 1 was for contracts, and it wasn't clear if I needed to put my contract in there or not. I also didn't know I would have to secure everything I rented in the cab until I went to check out.

Difficulty and unsuccessful with the computer return process when the office was closed. Spent almost 1 hour on line in the parking lot and finally Had to call a Uhaul agent to get help from an agent in order to avoid the 20$ fee. Hopefully will not get a call from uhaul or see a charge against my credit card.

The empty 26' truck we rented got really bouncy between 60-65 mph, especially when climbing. I called and reported it as a concern but was told that was pretty normal. Using cruise control mitigated it somewhat, but it was genuinely frightening to experience such violent bouncing. Just maybe warn your customers that they might experience that. Thanks

The trailer and location were great. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was that a 6 ft wide trailer had a more like 5 ft opening. Our side-by-side barely fit.

So often we hear of troubles in renting a truck. My experience with Advanced Property Maintenance was really good. I rented a truck online and when I showed up to get it, what do you know?... they had the truck for me. I got there at 2:00 pm on a Friday and they helped me immediately. We went over the paperwork and I was driving off in the truck within 10 minutes. It was full of gasoline and swept out. The truck did well as can be expected considering we had hills to climb. When we were finished, it was in the wee hours of the morning (3:00 am) and we wanted to turn the truck in so we could sleep in. The check in process was done via my iPhone and after documenting things and uploading photos as proof, I was out of there within minutes and ready to sleep after a hard day of moving. I had a good experience with uhaul and this particular location. Seem like nice folks. I’m going to have to rent a truck again in a week or so and I’ll go back to Advanced Property Maintenance again.

Moving is NEVER fun and moving right after a major snow storm is even less. As I was coming up the street I saw U-Haul truck, the size I was renting covered with deep snow. I KNEW I would be late for the movers (who ended up being 2.25 HOURS late!). When I went into the office he said, "I have your truck in back warming up (It was 2 degrees!)". WOW ! Now THAT is service!

Staff was excellent. Great service. However, I did have problems with the U-Haul app at www.UHaul.com/share when checking the vehicle back in after hours. Could not get it to work from my cell phone. It went straight to a survey.

All of the photos required when returning after hours is a joke and time consuming. At least warn customers in advance that they need to do that. I had already left the site and had to come back. Not customer friendly.

Reserved a trailer, when picking up we paid inside then went to hook up the trailer, we had the wrong ball mount. We Said we would run home and get the correct one, BRB! Got back shortly after and they were closed! They knew we were coming right back, and didn't even bother themselves with calling my cell number to say "we are closing the store, bye!". Someone eventually appeared from behind the building and hooked up the trailer. When we opened the trailer an hour later, we found about 12 moving blankets wadded up against the back of the trailer messy and unfolded. We didn't request any, and the guy who hooked us up earlier never looked inside to remove them. This was not an issue until we returned the trailer to a different location (Highlands Ranch). When returning, I was told I needed to fold ALL 12 moving blankets to avoid a $20 fee. HAHAHAHHAHA So on to my next review for the Highlands Ranch location!

The attendant at Gilbert street in Castle Rock looked at the gas gauge and said it was wrong when I got in the truck and that the previous person renting the truck had lied about the gas and he was going adjust my gas. I rented uhaul this past Saturday doing the same mileage and did not have $100 gas charge. The attendant told me to take a picture of gas tank when I drove off which I did. What do I need to do to correct this?

Issue was not with the location. The location actually went above and beyond. My issue was with uhaul. Changed my location for pick up the day before (20 miles away). Arrived for pickup at reserved time of 630am. Uhaul gave my trucks to another customer the night prior. No truck available via mobile check in, had to wait until 9am to get trucks. Local uhaul manager offered to waive the dolly fee and $50 credit which didn’t even cover my gas or mileage charges from uhaul. In addition, the changes made by uhaul resulted in any additional day and a half of time and money.

I rented a round trip trailer. My plans changed and was going to do a one way drop off. I called the 800 # and was going to get charged 3 times as much. I really did not think that was fair and had to pull a empty trailer back.

I was from Albuquerque NM went to Denver use trailer back to Alb in Denver first place I had on order to go couldn't find me then had to give him reg number and then sent somewhere out of my way. Picking up trailer was disorganized.
