The unit was empty of fuel and I thought they had to be turned in full. Also, there was a snow that morning and the roof leaks really bad. This caused m boxes and furniture to get wet.Patrick M.

The customer service was phenomenal. Received assistance with hitching up the trailer when we first picked up and also help with parking the trailer afterwards. The only thing I would change is that the location I visited did not sell hitch balls and that almost made it so we didn't get the trailer before they closed.Dennis N.

Went to first pickup location that was on my email. States wasn't there go to another location. Went there and was closed. Called stated get keys from lockbox. Ap unable to make happen. Called again told to go to third location that was open and had a truck. Went there it was not open. Called again and went to a 4th location and they had a truck. On the road left side view would stay in place. 6 1/2 hours to St Louis with no visibility on left. Happy we made it. Totally terrible experience. Won't happen again.Eric M.

The girls were great, very friendly and helpful but couldn't really explain how anyone was supposed to figure out how to make sure you put the right amount of gas back in the truck to fill it to a quarter of a tank. I would strongly recommend you educated the to what kind of miles per gallon each vehicle got so a customer would know how much gas to put in according to the miles they drove, otherwise do the obvious and start with a full tank !REX C.

The U-Haul app does not work well. I couldn't check in using the app and had to go inside. This created problems because the app stated I had already used up my reservation. Thankfully the girl behind the desk was able to call U-Haul and get this issue fixed, but it did take 45 minutes for us to be able to drive away with the truck. Returning the truck was also difficult because the office was closed so we had to use the website, which does not work well at all.KATIE M.

Kept saying I wasn't there when I was standing right in front of the office. My experience with the location was excellent, but I will never use the app ever again. It did not work appropriately when I attempted to check the vehicle in. I spend 45 minutes trying to get the odometer photo to upload and then I finally gave up and prayed I wouldn't get slammed for not having it in on time. We returned the truck after hours via mobile return process so just left it in the return location parking lot. Signage was difficult to see after dark but we found it. The downloaded app wouldn't work - it wouldn't upload the required photos so we couldn't complete the return process. We closed the app and tried multiple times. Went back later and tried again using the full website instead of the app, which finally worked. In the meantime I had tried using the chat feature in the app to get help - was told it would be approx. a16 minute wait for a response; 30 minutes later still no response, but by then we'd gotten the return tool to work from the main website and were able to complete the return. Got it done but it was a little frustrating - the app appears to be glitchy.MARK S.

My only issue with this rental experience was that the dolly that I had reserved was not available at pickup time. This left me in a bind as I was fully expecting to have the dolly available for use. I was told that there was not a single dolly in Wichita and that I should go to the hardware store and purchase one for $50. Since my order was supposedly guaranteed available, I did not expect this to happen.Edwin F.

The U-haul dolly we had scheduled to pick up was given to us with balding tires that needed to be changed. Luckily we noticed the tires and got sent to the McAdams location where the experience was much better and very helpful.Katie R.
