I can't think of anything,except maybe train more people like Andy at your other locations ,he was super easy to work with , very professional and didn't make me feel stupid, so an A++ for him ,I didn't realize it was that convenient to rent ,I will definitely do it again

Great service. We used the 24 hour pick up and both times a person was at the location and helped us out, off the clock!

Truck was too filthy to see out of. The parking was bumper to bumper and the utility dolly I rented was nowhere to be found. After being on the phone with uhaul for 45 minutes, I was informed that the charge would be dropped. Just got my CC bill, and sure enough, $14 charged.

Very un professional. Seemed un interested in dealing with u haul customers. Did not even come out to look at the trailer I was dropping off. I unhooked it myself and left.

Make sure that the milage and gas readings are accurate, reserved a pickup at a location that was further away to be able to see the car carrier and be easier to back it up, ended up with a 10' moving truck. Would have been able to rent this same thing at a local location and not have to pay the extra milage. Very disappointed! Worst experience ever with Uhaul.

I was excaping DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!!! ASSHOLES AT Advanced Automotive 521 E 1st Street Aberdeen, Ea 98520 360 637 4674 Put me in a truck with a dry transmission. I made it 40 miles away and broke down!!! Then you assholes at uhaul lied even more and said free 1 month storage in Pendleton Oregon February 2nd 2019 when I arrived. NOPE!!! NO FUCKIN STORAGE FOR OVER 50 MILES THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!!!! UHAUL VIOLATED ME TOO!!!! OVER AND OVER!!!!

Very happy and pleased with this location. I have had problems in the past years ago with U-Haul rentals. The site for rental is much improved and user-friendly. The people at the pick-up location very friendly and checked the trailer for proper hookup and working. Turn in was also a breeze. I will definitely use again. The whole experience has been great! And the trailer was in great condition and clean.

I personally recommend picking up your U-Haul from Advanced Automotive and I personally recommend their mechanics if your car needs service they're amazing and on top of it!

The customer service was awesome much better than we had at a different location. The truck we received was much cleaner than the one we received from a different location earlier in the week. And the gas tank was full which made it so there was no guess work when filling it back up!

Charles was extremely nice, but he charged me for sweeping and moping the truck. I left the truck empty. He did find a board with quarters which was nice of him to return

It took me 3 times to call to resignation that was frustrating and then by that time I had to get the next truck up and spend more money I don't think that is a correct way of doing this

the attendent said due to supply and demand I was charged $50.more for renting the same tow dolly that I was charged less for from Spokane three weeks earlier. He had three dollys to choose from. I dont understand why he charged me more The left light in the dolly was hanging down with wires only holding it in place when I arrived after one days travel.

When picking up the 15 foot truck, I had been told the price would be 118. The gentleman that manned the office tried to charge me 249. He immediately corrected it when I let him know I knew what the price should be. Not a good impression.

I got an email saying that I was charged a $27.24 cleaning fee?! I returned the truck in clean condition, so I should not have been charged this fee.

It took the location of reservation 2 hours to locate truck that was reserved. Through off a whole schedule of plans. Roadside assistance was a joke got a recording telling me to go online or dial 911. It was an overall safe trip and truck ran great.

When I dropped off the truck, the guy's uhaul website was down, He said,he couldn't check me in, and I'd have to bring the truck back later." I said, "no, I don't want to be charged for being late, and I don't want further liability . If the site is down, you could do, is give me a written receipt and come out and do an inspection with me to make sure everything is okay." He told me," no, because I don't just do uhaul, I have other business to take care of too, and there's nothing I can do." So I replied, "you know what? I am tired, I brought the truck back on time, I filled it with $30 worth of gas, and altogether, that makes me have paid over $300 dollars for this, and I can't afford more. Now if you aren't going to accept the return of the truck just because the website is down, that's not my problem, you need to know that if I am incurred more charges, I'm going to be a burr up your butt!!" So he says, "you know what? I have other things to do, I told you I'd check you in later and put down that you returned it on time, I'm not going to go out and inspect it with you!" Just give me the keys and leave because you are so rude!" So I replied, " you know what? You need to get up off your lazy ass and come out and do an inspection and check that the dolly is there, and so on, I don't care what other business you have to do, this will only take a few minutes, and instead of complaining to me about what you can't do, why don't you think of what you CAN do, and offer a solution? Like give me a written receipt now, and inspect the truck!! He called me rude several times, and finally came to inspect, but it was awful service, and I will not use him again, even if he's just one block from my apt.

The employee did not leave his chair. I had to unhook the trailer myself with no checkout inspection. Absolutly no cutomer service. I find it hard to believe that the u-haul corporation tolerates this place of business as a company representative.
