I called one day to see when my bill was due I knew I was either 2 months or one month ahead with moving I unfortunately lost track...the gal was extremely nice told me I was a month ahead and was ready to go!about 5min later I get a call from her saying their was a mistake I ask her to explain it and a man takes over the phone (jeff) starts questioning me why I think I was a month ahead and and if I was why would I be.he counties to tell me how im late and owe several late few in a extremely unprofessional tone..I told him I would just pay it but he was wrong....he calls me back to inform me that I was indeed a month ahead and asked me not to pay early again because it confuses him he never apologized or anything!!!

the trailer had a short in on of the lights when it was wet outside. The running light fuse blew 3 times in my truck and pulled me off the road for 3 hours trying to diagnose. ll lights worked fine first 8 hours then weather turned wet and running lights stopped working. Next day it was dry out and all lights worked again. That night it was wet and fuse blew again. I tested my vehicle plugin in and no trip of the fuse so it was the trailer. I reported to the drop off uhaul location.

Explained several times that I wanted a one way trailer. I was told they only had one in town trailer, an 8 by 12 so I switched to a smaller one. As papers were being signed the young man said that I had to return the trailer. Could not drop in Grangevill I'd. Lot must be full. 4 hrs.of extra driving.Twice through Grangeville, you could have parked 50 trailers there. Won't use U Haul again. Bait and Switch

My problem is with the original scheduled pick-up location. I was supposed to pick up in Moscow, ID. They knew days in advance that a renter had not returned the 6x12 that I was scheduled to rent, but they did not call me ahead of time. They let me drive to their location and then tried to resolve it. They should have saved me the trip. As a result, this ended up costing me about 4 hours of time because of the wasted trip to Moscow and then I had to drive to Clarkston and the time spent at the Moscow location while they called everyone that had a 6x12 rented from them. They should have preemptively called me and discussed solutions over the phone in advance. I'm not happy about this at all.

Keep regional out of picture. Regional tried to mqke me return a one way 100 miles from my destination on a one way. Had to switch to a round trip after contract was signed. Uhul does this bait and switch all the time to get the customers to move or transfer their rolling stock without having to employ drivers ofTheir own. Essentially they hire you for free and make you take all the liability and use your own gas. State depts. of Labor should looki to this scam

The cab had obviously had not been cleaned and had food and other garbage on the floor and in the drink holders. I reported it when we picked it up with pictures. When I returned the truck and said it needed cleaned I was charged $25. I changed it to not needing cleaned with pictures so I wasn't charged for someone else's mess.

We are in the midst of a global Pandemic. Dude running the place wasn't wearing a mask. I don't know if he even had one. Felt very unsafe. Also, your company lies. Your website said I could pick up the 10' truck and tow dolly in Enterprise Oregon. That is why I booked it. When I get there, no, they don't have it. I have to drive 100 miles to Clarkston. Adding 100 miles back to where I have to leave from. I wouldn't have done it had I known this in advance. But it was the only option in the time I had left. I will avoid using Uhaul ever again if at all possible.

Very frustrating experience. Reserved truck for pickup in Pullman, reviewed a message the afternoon before scheduled pick up to inform us that no truck was available and we would have to drive an additional 45 minutes to pickup at an alternate location. Was expected to pay for the additional gas for the truck to get back to our original destination. We were also assured that the return location had after hours drop of. When we got there, they did not have after hours access so we had to take the truck back home and drive back the next day to return it.

Wonderful customer service & I would NOT change a thing! Well, maybe "clone" this location so all others were this good! Very helpful & thoughtful & thorough with everything! I'd never expected to be impressed by such young people (I'm 61) but they did go the extra mile to make sure I was ok with everything from machinery to contract.... & they were busy! But I never felt rushed & I watched, that is how they treated everyone else too. (Very respectful.) It's a breath of fresh air, in such a hectic time, to be treated so well. Thank You for hiring good people.

The person who helped us at this location was excellent! Very kind and courteous. The equipment was clean and everything was ready to go when we got there. The only thing was that the overhead door to the truck was not working properly... which we did not discover until the next morning when we started packing. Despite the door issue, I would 100% recommend this location to a friend.

Always extremely slow renting anything here. Computer problems, I even went through the effort of pre filling everything online including my drivers license and for the 2nd time in a row it didn't help. Takes forever to get out of here

Have bigger dolly's to move appliances with instead of a small standard household ones that you can get from Walmart would have been nice. Got a 26' truck and had to go elsewhere for a dolly. Not good for Uhaul business.

Got charged for an additional day even tho I returned it on the day of contract before Adele's closed at 7. When I went to drop off trailer. There was nobody to be found in the office and they seemed to have closed early even though I had called the previous day to confirm a drop off time

Wasted 2 hours of my time. Didn't have the right piece of equipment like the said they did. Took two hours on their data base to figure out that my car would fit on a tow dolly because it wasn't the right one. Apparently it wasn't the “wide” one. They all were exactly the same width. The one that would work had a broken tail light and didn't bother checking it before letting me know I can come pick it up. After 2 hours of time wasted they couldn't offer any discounts and I had to come up with a solution myself. Don't really blame the workers there because the head management over the phone wasn't worth talking to either. Could care less about their customer and figuring out a solution to please them.

The Moscow u-haul, Eric, forced me to go down to Clarkston which was an unexpected and unplanned. This resulted in my radiator bursting while driving up the grade and would not have happened if the requested pickup location was upheld. I was not contacted about the changed pickup location until after waiting nearly an hour at the Moscow location. I am very upset about the Moscow uhaul on the Pullman-Moscow highway. Tori in Clarkston was an amazing associate and was very helpful, kind, and organized.
