The location was perfect. Friendly, quick, got the job done. Uhaul.com to return was a pain in the butt. The site couldn't confirm my location despite all my settings allowing it and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help. Irritated with the service on their end was an understatement. It incredibly frustrating to deal with after moving all weekend. The last thing I wanted to do was wait on hold for over an hour to return the truck. We ended up dropping the keys and leaving. Hoping we don't get extra charges for the struggle on uhaul's end.Elizabeth H.

I asked where my one day credit on rental of 12' cargo trailer was i only needed it fir 2 days ! When i rented trailer in u haul Red Bluff Ca, we estimated , rental @ 3 days. I brought back trailer one day early! The print out receipt @ Dallas location, saidâ€ zero dollars owed, it did give me a one day credit on rental. Tit charged me for the whole three days. the first trailer had one tail light out and so we switched to the other one at the store. When I got to load up the car 6 miles away, that trailer had a very low tire so i aired it up to keep a tire from not getting ruined. so It happens but maybe keep a closer eye on those simple thingsDale G.

we rented a pick up truck from another location the day before and they gave it to us all day for $19.99. When I picked up the truck at this location the lady asked me if I would return it by 4:00PM. I asked her if I could have it all day and she said sure and didn't say anything else to me. It was only when we did the self check in that evening that we realized we were going to be charged $19.99 twice for one day. The key was not in the box I waited 45 minutes to pick up a truck that should have been ready to go at 7:00. Partially the locations fault and partially U-Haul for not approving the pickup until I was already there to pick it up.Ernie W.

The Uhaul app is least to be desired. I sat there for 20 minutes trying to check in and another half hour to check the equipment back in. I kept taking pics of the mileage and gas level. It never uploaded Addictive motors checked me back in.CHARLIE M.

The customer service was very good. The truck was clean and well maintained, the air conditioning was in top order (which was a necessity, moving on a hot day) the location was a little obscure, but that was the only, less than ideal "problem" there was. I loved the experience, and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of a moving vehicle.SARAH R.

When I arrived to get my uhaul I had to track someone down because nobody was in the office...waited 5 minutes for someone...returned my truck later the same day and the following day started getting calls and emails that truck had not been returned...called the office and the lady was like...oh, I'll try and enter the tracking, or something to that effect, really made me feel like they don't care about the customerBrandy S.

I had read some horror stories about some uhaul locations but they DO NOT pertain to Addictive automotive! The truck I ordered was ready, clean and full of gas! Easy pickup and return! I would highly recommend them!Colleen O.
Big fiasco reserved a trailer after driving 200 miles to get it didnt have a trailer so after they charged me 300$ for a truck I didnt want they sent me 20miles away to Dallas Oregon for a truck supposedly for the 100$ the trailer cost charged me 115$ plus I had to put 50$ in gas in it then when I checked it in they charged me another 58.48 time to go dispute the charges. I made a reservation to pick up the trailer at the Hazel Dell location in Vancouver WA. The night before I was to pick it up U-Haul called to inform me that there was no trails available at that location. My reservation was changer to Lombard St in Portland OR where I showed up to find no trailer there as well. They changed my reservation to Newberg OR. As I was driving there I called to hear again no trailer available. I then called the Traffic supervisor to find a trailer and change my reservation to Dallas OR. I drove there to pick up the trailer. I returned the trailer to the original Hazel Dell location in Vancouver WA. This was very frustrating causing me an extra tank of gas and 5 hours extra of my time. U-Haul then charged me extra for my troubles by charging me one way rates instead of in town rates. This was an awful experience and I'm very disappointed in the U-Haul costumer service of being lied to 4 times in less than 12 hours. Shame on you! Please fix it.Sanford W.

I reserved a 26 foot truck weeks in advance. After I arrived to the facility to pick up the truck they said we don't have the truck you reserved available. The closest truck size available was a 15 foot truck. This was not even close to the size I needed and was going to fulfill my needs. I then had to drive 28 miles away there and then back just to get a 20 foot truck and make more trips for my move. I would have appreciated a call in advance before driving to the facility to pick up the truck so they could have at least told me the truck wasn't available. Instead I wasted time and gas making all these extra trips.Zachary L.

Had a big tent in the front that was not marked and they tried to say we did it. Dallas said it is not there job to mark the dent or any other problems. Ok then who's jod is it? We lost sleep over this and still don't know if they are going to charge us. I read the reviews and tried not to rent from there jokes but it was the only close truck available. Reviews don't lie and there is a good reason this place changes owners so often because they just don't care. Maybe u haul should do there research on there franchise owners. Besides the caked on snot/spit in the drivers door handle, the syrup type spray on the passenger side door, the bed with the dirt and broken glass, and the ramp full of dirt- I would need to rate this a one out of 5 stars. I did not even look at the moving blankets when we got home after the appearance of the rig. After our family disinfected and cleaned the entire rig it was helpful in moving. The condition of the rig was gross pre-covid and especially now. When I returned the rig and mentioned the problems, the response was sorry.ERIK H.
