Ensure the location you send has the requested equipment, or at least add another location where you can pick up other items requested at checkout. This location didn't have a dolly or furniture pads, so 1 hour before pickup I have to call and find other places that have those items. Was able to find furniture pads, but not a dolly, which is quite frustrating.Eugene F.

You need to improve your computer service could not pick up at the scheduled time do to the computer freezing when trying to enter drop off location had to wait over 3 hours and still couldn't enter it called regional again and was asked to call to tell drop off location which inconvienced me to have to reschedule my day around.also charged insurance when I had insurance that covered everything.KAREN V.

The lot is all dirt and mud. At 1st they didnt want to give me a truck because they didnt want to release their last truck even though I had a reservation. I also didn't notice that the milage was wrong on the paper until later that evening.Melissa C.

Claimed I returned truck without replenishing fuel, fact was truck had less fuel in it than stated when picked up, filled to amount stated on contract however, location stated that truck was not filled and charged me. Drove truck 25 miles and was charged extra 60$ for 16 gallons of fuel. Will never use this location again and will warn others to avoid.Paul B.

I was never given the option to add insurance on the truck I drive. It wasn't until I had already paid for the truck and asked why the amount was more, that I was told that insurance was added to my total. Overall also, I was in the process of being helped and someone else came into the location (which it appeared the lady behind the counter knew) and she stopped helping me, to help this lady.... which was oddJacqueline A.

Only 26 foot truck in the area, so this is my only option for rental, second time using them. Both times, truck was reserved well in advance. At pick up, truck was blocked by multiple other vehicles, delaying getting to the move site.Jeffery Y.

The customer service agent at the pick up location was rude. Better customer service is needed when speaking to customers. I was charged an additional day that I did not use. There was no location designated to drop off keys.Adreannia R.
The inside of the cab was disgusting. The driver side door and floor had drink spills all over them. The dash had not been dusted in quite a while. The inside of the truck was not as bad as the cab, but it had not been swept clean either. The office personnel were nice and quite friendly.Timothy W.

People were very friendly but location looked like a junkyard and the truck was very old. Online I was give options like a dolly, pads, etc but when I arrived they had none of that. I'm also upset that my pickup location was changed to here after I reserved it at a location 20 miles away.Victor L.

If a truck has not been returned yet, contact your customer to give them a heads up. Don't tell your customers to just relax and always review the truck for damage. Our truck had a gash on the side and it had rained and we had several items ruined.JESSICA L.

Very bad customer service. Mislead with wrong info, charged for insurance and did not want it...wgen I asked to remove it they said they couldn't and only uhaul could, when I asked them why they were not treating me with customer service they said they did not have to because they dont eork for uhaul, refused to walk through the vehicle with me.Ramon P.

I rented it for two days, starting Friday 3/24/17 and told the rep I would drop off the trailer on Sunday 3/26/17 . The shop was closed but I still dropped of the trailer and checked in today to make sure everything was okay. I then receive a bill for 3 days rental, WHY?Robert K.

U-hauls equipment performed well. The problem was after signing the paperwork. I was told where the utility trailer was. I asked when would an employee be out there to hook up the trailer. The girl at the desk said " we don't do the hook-ups". What , I said and she repeated the statement. I was dumb founded! U-haul doesn't care how the trailer is hooked-up! She then asked if I knew how to hook it up and without even thinking I said no! She said she would find someone. The man who came out to help was very helpful. In all my years of renting trailers, I have never heard that statement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a liability maker that is.Raymond F.

I originally requested to pick up the truck at the Park Forest location but for some reason uhaul sent my 70 year old parents to Adams Truck Repair. I have no complaints about the truck, it was new. However when my parents got into the truck the windows were frozen with a very thick layer of ice and snow. No one offered to clean the truck. The man who was asked to clean it stated it was not his place to clean it. My parents sat in the truck until it thawed enough to drive to the Park Forest location to pick up furniture covers. The PF location agent went to place covers in the back of the truck noticed the doors frozen shut. He had to thaw doors then noticed there were no dollies as expected and paid for. He called the pick up location and asked about equipment and was rudely talked to and hung up on. He proceeded to take care of my parents with credit for the missing equipment and added an extra day to return the truck. If their quality of service is as described by my parents and the PF agent, I will never refer anyone for uhaul pickup at Adams Auto and Truck Repair.Angrell R.
