Online check in. I did the online check in and still had to go through all the information when I get there.

It took us over 20 minutes to return the truck. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but in 96 degree heat trying to figure out all the techy stuff you wanted us to do it felt like an hour. We had come to the end of a very long two days and what we thought would be a 2 minute drop off before dinner was really a headache. ??

Kudos to the staff at the Acts Autoitive Repair location. They were curteous, helpful and organized. I will definitely rent from their location again.

I picked up the trailer Friday evening just before 5pm. I had a light out and the ACTS employee fixed it for me. I left around 6pm but at least I still left with the trailer I needed. A+

They were no help at all, the guy who did the contract vanished, I was unable to hook up the lights, I called his cell phone twice, got v-mail and he never called back, also the rolling door on the trailer got stuck and still there was no one to help me, in their lot I decided to abandon the deal, left the thing there, I am out $30, that location sucks

It was not at all clear to me through the reservation process that I was selecting a "preferred" location. I filled out where I wanted to pick up the trailer, and got a confirmation. I showed up and they had no record of me. Turns out the confirmation was for a different location a few miles away. Not a big deal, and technically the email did show the new address, but that's not an expected outcome for an online reservation. Also my 8am-8pm reservation was confirmed and the place didn't open until 9am. I didn't know that until the day before when they left a voicemail (another opportunity to clarify the pickup location, but the person made no mention of anything out of the ordinary). I had to wait about 30 minutes during pickup because I was the 3rd person in line and there was only one guy working Uhaul stuff.
