They had some computer issues. The trailer was left dirty but was swept out prior to me leaving with it. The entire check out was about 39 minutes long which I didn't anticipate. But the guys were all pleasant and helpful.Patricia S.

The website allowed us to book an appliance cart but when we booked the truck. When we went to pick up the truck and cart, the location had no carts. The attendent then had to call around to try to locate one for us. One was found, but on the other side of town. In total, it took an hour to complete the transaction. The website needs to have accurate accounts of equipment available.Carrie W.

When we arrived the truck was covered in snow (hadn't snowed for a few days) the bed of the truck was filled to the rim with snow. When we turned on the truck it had low tire pressure and no windshield washer fluid. When asked to have this rectified and taken care of , we received a lot of attitude. Also, they are not following Covid protocols and are not wearing masks .Jennifer G.

Trailer dropoff was confusing, rep at the dropoff location could not find my account until he was assisted by another person behind the counter. This individual commented, "This system isn't ours and it doesn't work very well. We have this problem all the time". I had to ask several people where to park the trailer because they were paving the parking lot and no one knew where to put anything. I understand that things beyond our control happen from time to time, but two bad experiences, hundreds of miles apart, by the same company have robbed me of my confidence in UHaul.TAMMOV P.

I was charged triple the price I was quoted!! No explanation, just charged to my card. I was only one hour late returning the truck, I realize there is a late fee of $20 which I was willing to payâ€¦ but it looks like I was charged a week not 24 hours!! Not happy!!!Garnet D.
Not able to adjust mirrors, I believe it needs something like an Allen key to make the adjustment. Extremely difficult to see any vehicles coming up on either side. It was fortunate I had a second person with me to check in order to change lanes.Gloria J.

Your web-site wouldn't accept my driver's license - - said it was invalid for Ontario - I had to change it to "Canada" for it to let me pass onto the next screen. Problem your website gave the dimensions of the cargo van which wpuld have allowed us to move the one item. It was too small, and I had to take it back and get the small cube van. So we paid $40 more than we had to.James K.

This was not the location that I made my reservation for ,I had reserved a truck from a Belleville location and on arrival was told that they did not have a vehicle for me, I did not receive any email or phone call of the change of location. I had to travel for 30 minutes to the the location to pick up the vehicle,This location was very helpful but they did not have any furniture pads so I had to travel back to Belleville to pickup furniture pads. All this travel lead to delays in my move. I booked on line and prepaid for this vehicle and also checked in prior to arrival. I expected everything to be in place for my rental.Danny T.

When we went to pick up our rental truck its was snow covered from the evening before it was not cleared off and ready for us to drive away in. We had to use our own scraper to remove the snow and ice as one is not provided in the truck. Further more the trucks cargo door was frozen shut and it took us another 45mins to thaw it enough to get it opened putting our move further behind. Considering we have to drive an hour and a half after packing to reach our destination time couldn't be wasted, not impressed.Jodi M.

First of all your Site didn't work and it took well over an hour for the lady to get it done, despite having all this reserved by phone ahead of time. The 1-800 is Ohio and doesn't have a clue what TRenton Ontario is, where and if they even have trailers..so poor communication for sure. Upon return and pick up, trailers are not locked with padlock or otherwise so if someone wanted to scoop the trailer when you returned it the customer would be on the hook for this, having cameras on the building is not enough... So good equipment but very poor set-up on the site, leaving the local business in an uncomfortable spot. And a Canadian 1-800 or at least an informed 1-800 employee is definitely needed.Christiane W.
